look at EG and C9 find their footing after having significantly more time to practice that definitely was not shorter than 2-3 weeks, so inspirational

not only are you completely glossing over the fact that the players returning to NRG haven’t touched comp play since champs 2023 as if it isn’t even worth mentioning, but to see you insinuating that I’m coping for this team because of dumbass examples trying to justify why NRG should be given expectations is crazy.

You listed examples of changes that never directly seeked to change the dynamics of the team at all (I mean, icy for neT is apparently worth as much as a change than this?). FNS didn’t just join to be their igl, he joined to completely manage the clusterfuck that was Split 1 in and outside matches. Their head coach wanting to depart after seeking FNS isn’t just some random ass coincidence. It is in every way starting from scratch for them after several, several months of scrims with the old team.

Again, if you wanna disagree with me then live with that while this team preps for 2025 which may as well be their initial goal for making a change like this in June.

#12 is your response, and read the words being spoken there very very carefully. If you think it isn’t that big of a deal still then live your life, because I’m more than certain to tell you that FNS and s0m mainly rejoined the team they literally left on their own to prepare for a 2025 rebuild, something FNS has been asking for from teams since his initial leave

and the american here seems to be the only one understanding basic English between the two, who knew

posted 4 months ago

We don’t know how bad they’ll be with a regular amount of practice, but any team is going to flop with just a month’s worth, get that through your skull for me pretty please. If you’re interpreting this post as if I’m making excuses for players I literally do not care about besides s0m who I just think is pathetic, you need to wake up for me

posted 4 months ago

I am literally acknowledging the fact that NRG are dogshit as I’ve been saying that since I joined this site, and you think I’m coping because………..

Is this stupidity a European thing? Did google translate fail you on this post?

you’re one of many dumbasses who do not understand how fresh it is to replace 2/5 players and the leadership role with people who haven’t touched competitive play since champs 2023. This change isn’t just slotting shit out and slotting shit in, the entire dynamic ends up being targeted.

and I expected you guys to not expect anything out of a newborn of a team

the fuck I’m I coping about

posted 4 months ago

guys, this is a month old team we are talking about, who have just faced the current best team in the league according to the official rankings. What the fuck did you guys expect? There’s a reason why NRG can only see consistent wins against MIBR, they’re the 2nd worst team

posted 4 months ago

This is such a stupid take and idk how you guys are upvoting it, every star duelist needs a team to support them lol. aspas is looking so great this year because LEV’s entire game plan revolves around supporting him, you guys think texture just suddenly started playing insane this year compared to last year? end this dumb af narrative.

life lessons from Diamondr22 who seems to be upset from my use of tone in vlr

posted 4 months ago

GENG in groups lost to two top teams and then RRQ and still placed 1st in their group, and yet you wanna tell me that they would’ve failed to qualify if they were facing even easier teams??? This post is literally mocking this dumb af “oh but if SEN were playing in a completely different league then they probably would’ve qualified!!!” and yet you are unironically using it still haha.

posted 4 months ago

I refuse to believe this shitpost is being said in all seriousness. Tell me you guys are trolling when you say this. Why is this fan fiction ass argument being used whenever someone brings up the fact that GENG (Shanghai winners btw) weren’t burnout after Madrid, what the fuuuuck lmaoo

posted 4 months ago

holy shit this is so stupid, no way people believe that 100T weren’t playing as a team when they won Split 1 lmaooooooooooooo. W shitpost for the “Sean is the key” ass narrative

posted 4 months ago

BROTHER, the reason why he’s complaining about doing too much content, is BECAUSE he thinks it’s not giving him enough time to practice. Do you even know what the fuck is happening? Hello? Isn’t that literally why I am telling you that it in no way relates to being burnt out which is what your post is taking about??? Am I arguing with a dementia victim?

posted 4 months ago

someone complaining that they aren’t given enough time to practice is completely fucking different than someone complaining that they practice too much lmfao.

Also you are once again ignoring GENG’s losses compared to SEN’s losses. The fact that you’re upset that SEN failed to qualify and that they should’ve under T1’s fucking situation and not GENG’s is proof that you’re just upset for no reason. “EASIER ROAD” lmaooo. Your goofy logic applies to NRG btw.

GENG mustered up 9 maps against harder competition, SEN mustered up 7 against easier competition. Face the facts, they were not on the same boat.

posted 4 months ago

no, they are just ass and are left disoriented from the new meta. SEN weren’t burnout after Madrid, teams just caught up on every level and were now seeing them adapt to it. GENG werent burnout after reaching the Madrid final and they aren’t burnout after winning Shanghai, stop making up bullshit to fit your narratives.

“bc APAC in split 1 was garbage” lol https://www.vlr.gg/post/3744201/boostio-drama #30

posted 4 months ago

lmfao are you stupid or are you stupid, compare the losses brother as it’s the reason why SEN couldn’t qualify. They lost to two shit teams and deserved to not advance, GENG lost to DRX who went 5-0 and PRX who went 4-1, and on top of all that they still won more maps than what SEN did. There is a very good reason why they went 1st in their group despite being 3-3 whereas SEN failed to qualify over C9 and KRU who both went 5-1.

Give SEN GENG’s map wins and they qualify over G2.

Also link me something that proves that 100T are using burnout as an excuse please. Boostio complaining about content isn’t related to that at all btw.

posted 4 months ago

GENG also qualified by winning 9 maps, something that if SEN did then they would’ve qualified themselves lmao. Also GENG’s losses were to PRX, DRX, and RRQ which is straight up harder than SEN’s losses which were EG (who were winless), LOUD with qck (who were also winless), and LEV, so stop for the love of god bringing up that extremely stupid argument.

Haven’t seen 100T say that they’re losing because of burnout, which was what SEN were doing 24/7 back in Split 1.

posted 4 months ago

or, here me out, this whole burnout garbage is an excuse that GENG already disproved. The only difference now is that 100T aren’t using it as a cope like what SEN did

posted 4 months ago

this yay saga deserves a movie

posted 4 months ago

I think they’re in their feels :(

posted 4 months ago

it’s G2, who are currently 1st. Winning a map will be shocking enough

posted 4 months ago

although their current standing is 10th on the official Americas ranking, it would be nice to see them bump up their rating tomorrow so they aren’t sandwiched between FURIA and MIBR. If they shit the bed then that would be expected but given the fact that they have only lost to SEN so far, there’s some hope (not for me though lol)

posted 4 months ago

zekken got the same treatment, a lot of NA fans just really want one of their own players to be the best, it is what it is. aspas has only ever lost that title to Demon1, yet there were like 3 diff players from NA alone this year that people believed were better than aspas (OXY, Cryo, zekken). He’s the line that needs to be crossed.

posted 4 months ago

they hard stop at C9, there hasn’t been much indication of them being better. C9’s match tomorrow might change that.

posted 4 months ago

not in this list, this is the official unbiased product

posted 4 months ago

but why c9 8th, or is it because of the yay thing

posted 4 months ago

I mean every winning team needs to rely on heavy firepower no? Boostio individually just does it more than anyone rn, probably. FNS used to do a shit ton of defaults into slow plays and I don’t think firepower was a priority in those moments. Boostio just isn’t willing to play it slow when things are falling apart and I think he views it as a weakness or some shit.

posted 4 months ago

We have different views of EG because I remember them winning their rounds by just being way more polished with the basics. I don’t remember many crazy calls by EG Boostio compared to OPTC FNS, but I do remember EG taking whatever fights they wanted to while they play around each other like it’s a cheat code. FNC exposed them for it in Tokyo, so they just adapted and polished themselves even further.

  1. G2
  2. SEN
  3. KRU
  4. LEV
  5. C9
  6. EG
  7. 100T
  8. LOUD
  9. FURIA
  10. NRG
  11. MIBR

Actua shocking downfall of 100T, their loss to FURIA apparently was not a fluke, they got embarrassed by LEV who made a REALLY great showing. 100T fall gracefully from 3rd to 7th, and LEV rise from 7th to 4th.

pretty much, a lot of his calls are good but they only work with a championship-level team that can shoot. He’s too aggressive and doesn’t yet understand when to calm his calls to fit his team’s current stride. EG made him like that since they were rarely getting outaimed in their run. Fucking C0M was going band 4 band with Less like can you blame him?

posted 4 months ago

maybe he spends it on some ping pong stuff, I heard he’s into that

posted 4 months ago

he gets a lick of consistency from that 100t team and suddenly he thinks playing like a dog again will work just because it did when EG peaked. Cryo isn’t Demon1, what a shock. Asuna although pulled himself together the past few months, does not have a peak like Jawgemo. It’s the little things that are exposing him. Usually someone on EG will step up in every series where Boostio shits the bed, but that guarantee doesn’t exist anymore.

me and the team is pretty funny icl. Imagine SEN winning their next trophy and then some whale after multiple attempts crawls up on stage trying to join in

after what I saw yesterday I think it’s entirely possible that XL+ are their most stocked sizes, not that there’s anything bad about it

posted 4 months ago

I appreciate the honesty Astro ❤️

posted 4 months ago

I saw someone point out that the SEN jerseys are sold out for 2XL already. Checked their website and 2XL is the only size that’s completely sold out, while 3XL (their biggest size) is almost sold out and it’s already too late to get the name of anyone on the roster for it (the only available ones left is “curry” and “precision”).

I mean I don’t wanna imply anything but this is pretty ridiculous no?

posted 4 months ago

because I wanna talk to some og SEN fans? Also SEN is special in their own right when it comes to Valorant
