Truly they also kind of got rolled by FUT and BBL. Truly scared of Turks
Trexx and Sayf both were flexible and we have seen Twisten play agents like KayO as well
Maybe because Molsi is good Raze as well and these roles just fit them better on this map? Raze has likely been his best role and arguably even Twisten's at times.
Their pistols were ass in Lock In but I'm pretty sure their pistol win % is pretty average in VCT EMEA.
Derke
Jamppi
hoody
BONECOLD
Famsii/H1ber/Iluri/Polvi etc as 5th
really flexible team and outside of Derke being duelist any of them could play almost any role. Bonecold: initiator/controller(IGL), hoody: sentinel/controller/flex and Jamppi: initiator/flex/sentinel even. Also you could pull Famsii and put him on controller because he has performed decently well on Omen but not sure about other smokes. He would likely be my 5th pick. Also Iluri could play initiators or flex.
She already did some interviews on LEC this split
That just shows who is consistent on regional level. We have always seen this. NA was like the most inconsistent out there outside of OpTic with other teams beating each other left and right. Brazil, LATAM and Korea etc just weren't competitive enough for other teams to challenge them. And in EMEA teams like Fnatic and FPX (Liquid, M3C and Guild as well) kept being on top while being in competitive region because these teams were actually good, and even performed at least decently well on international LANs.
being dominant in region doesnt always mean the region is weak just that that team is actually good and can stay on top even when opposing teams have time for anti-strat etc. For example LOUD is for first time in region that actually gives it any challenge. Not saying they are inconsistent or bad, but just that they might not be as dominant regionally.
I mean people with newest intels and RTX 4090s have reported of getting <60 fps on Mediums, so its just problem with the game.
Not sure what you mean, but my CPU isn't bottlenecking.
Played only first planet, but I had like 35 FPS on Medium settings (GTX 1080 so not that great but still). Haven't played more yet because thinking of refunding even tho I really liked the last game. They just added new patch but havent tried yet. Overall feels like last game and its a good thing. Just not sure is 70€ worth it in its current state.
Not that hard, but more easy with Vandal in my experience.
Fnatic, NaVi, Furia, Leviatan/Giants hard to say, NRG
I think that for EMEA as a whole its good outside of like Fnatic. I could imagine teams like Liquid, NaVi, Giants(not sure cuz their Icebox was pretty good) etc doing well on Bind. And ofc Fnatic's Bind was good as well.
Recon is easily the best feeling Phantom out there. I think its because the design is kind of bulky and has even visual handgrip making it feel more accurate and less recoil in your head.
Yeah but I still think they showed good potential again. Some great strats/reads and nice individual stuff. They also lost some unlucky rounds like that ANGE1 blind spray on Split and Zyppan 3k on Fracture.
far from braindead. They spotted solo player behind them and decided to overwhelm him with numbers and utility.
I'm so happy Vitality sticked with ceNder all this time and took him to franchising. He showed great potential in tier 2 for so long, but was never talked about.
So you can pay 15$ for gamepass and then 35$ for game total of 50$? I didn't know I paid 70€
I've heard that people have FPS and bug issues on PC, but haven't tested myself yet. Last game was good and from what I've heard this feels pretty similar but with additions and ofc new worlds and story.
KCorp is people's team
That same Omen OP was giving LOUD big trouble in Lock In
He looks so much more comfortable on this team now and that's nice to see. Sayf has been popping but also hacing nAts putting up numbers is great for TL.
True I really like how he plays. He usually makes so much space for the team with this dashes and updrafts and often gets traded well. One of my favorites entries in terms of movement.
EMEA best sheriff region easily even in international events
Giants 2-0 Liquid
BBL 2-1 Heretics
KOI 2-1 KC (if Scream is on while Wolfen/Starxo aren't then KC's firepower could win them a map otherwise 2-0)
FUT 0-2 FNATIC
Vitality 2-1 NAVI
No shit that Fnatic is rolling everyone. They pretty much rolled every team in Lock In outside of LOUD who almost only made a comeback after going 0-2. But other teams are definitely making NaVi sweat. Even KC had relatively close game against them. Like you mention NRG struggling while at the moment are likely below both Fnatic and NaVi.
True. Like I get that's there 3 versions of each that all have unique sounds etc but holy fuck is it still expensive and bad sign.
I think Gambit would do fine still. I think they kind of fell off because everyone watched and learned how they played. Like nAts changed the way sentinels were seen/played etc. Their players of Redgar, Chronicle, nAts and Sheydos are still relevant and up to par individually d3ffo is bit hit or miss, but I actually think he would still be good enough for current meta. Also especially nAts looked more comfortable on M3C who still were top 5 EMEA team for most of last year. And Gambit were playing Reyna on Haven because it was their perma ban.
Ofc it hard to say because teams would adapt mid game and not just follow their 1.5 year old gameplan. If they were just same everything 2021 Gambit then they would struggle, but as I said their individuals as well as adaptation would win them games I think because as I said this same roster could still be playing on top level.
coaching: ?
dualist: Fnatic - Derke > Aspas
operator: Fnatic - not biggest fan of Derke's op, but cant remember Aspas' op being that crazy either
controller: Loud - because Boaster isnt that good individually
igl: equal/fnatic - Fnatic just won so...
initiator: Fnatic - Leo clears
sentinel: Loud - Less is better sentinel main than Alfajer
Fnatic played with a sub and BBL isn't terrible team especially on Ascent. Their good form is actually pretty high.
I mean most clutches happen because the enemy team played poorly. If you play perfect 3v1 you shouldn't lose.
Why would anyone have to "put in the work" to not be made fun of? I have never understood this logic. Let people live their lifes how they want. If someone doesnt want to in their mind waste even 30 min for something they don't enjoy then let them.
hope the NA noobs are happy . your best team ruined the "best" EMEA player . NRG is embarrassing .
