Yeah its broken and IMO should be at least 4, but that's pretty harsh about LDN and BBL. LDN UTD made some roster changes, but they are decent team. They can compete in VCT 100%. I'm not too sure about BBL, but I think they should be ok too. Only 2 making it out of VLRs is bad, but those 2 teams didn't really "got absolutely owned".

D3ffo is insane and can play high level Jett, Raze and Neon. His flexibility is more important than his carry potential IMO. Because rest of the team is so good and well rounded as well and him being able to flex helps Gambit a lot.

Yeah because ScreaM never adapted and fell off. Every current pro can one tap and spray without any problems. Spraying is just better while one tapping is for showers. You just simply have 2 ways and other one is just better for most occasions. And both require skill. Getting good at spraying is arguably even harder.

This has to be bait. Being consistent and accurate with spraying is hard and requires understanding of spray patterns and muscle memory. Plus I don't know what you are talking with first bullet accuracy. In my experience in Valorant its even more random. I don't know what you are doing wrong. Most likely have no idea how to strafe.

Good additions tbh. Fea is still bit question for me. But I think LAN nerves and not much time to prep weakened his performance in Masters 1. Also who knows if he slowly took more and more role in calling and maybe someday if Boaster retires or something Fea can take over the IGL role if he is still there.

Based on players alone EMEA in my opinion. Like that EMEA superteam would be pretty much perfect on paper. They don't really have any weaknesses.

That logic doesn't really work tho. Liquid lost to LOUD who ended up placing #2 and to Zeta who ended up placing #3. And you could even argue Liquid weren't even 4th best considering that M3C looked way better than them. They also changed every comp and even IGL (if I'm not wrong) going into this tournament, so they did better than expected. And G2 did classic G2s. Underperformed just like The Guard.

And yeah FPX did win EMEA confidently, full Fnatic would have been performing way better as well. What I mean is that EMEA has easily the most amount of competitive teams. And more competitive region the faster it will improve. While some smaller regions may not improve fast enough after M1 like we saw with KRU kinda. That's why I have no doubt that EMEA will perform way better next Masters especially when there was big meta change as well before M1. Team like G2 were clearly lacking ability to counter it.

Depends on how you rate regions. Based on 1 team or whole scene? And do you believe some of these regions can keep improving fast enough etc.

French VRL is going to be so interesting. kennyS also Vitality's new roster could be banging and is definitely the tier 2 team I'm looking to perform the most.

I don't think we can say this yet. kennyS is kind of washed in CSGO, but he still has insane mechanics and especially AWP mechanics. He played on best teams against best players. And he has also been playing Valorant quite a lot looking at his streams so he for sure has decent ability usage and game understanding. Because in the end of the day fundamentals work similarly in both games.

No excuses if that happens unless something shitty happens in EMEA qualifiers. But all excuses for this tournament were rightful.

Hopefully EMEA gets 4 spots. So many good teams and really bright future with multiple top teams. Unless EMEA gets fucked again for next Masters.

And why I compare Fnatic to Optic is because they are really comparable. Both have good rosters with bad fragging IGL. Losing Derke and Braveaf is like losing Yay and crashies. OpTic wouldn't have done anything without those 2 considering how much it also effects their chemistry, strategic depth, set plays etc. They are similar teams.

Doesn't change anything. "they all have impact" doesn't mean anything if you replace 2 of your important core players with some random tier 2 players with 2 week time to prep. Also XSET placed 4th in NA, not C9. And arguably TL weren't even 4th best if you think M3C is better like they are.

G2 is comparable to The Guard. Both rose to success too quickly and ended up underperforming. Team Liquid is comparable to if NA sent XSET to Masters.

Let's see NA with OpTic without Yay and Crashies, The Guard who underperformed like they did and XSET. Then its comparable to what happened to EMEA this tournament.

I didn't like it because full EMEA wasn't there. Takes away from enjoyment when the best region and my favorite wasn't as competitive due to unlucky circumstances. Good for other regions tho.
