Yeah but my point still stands. Considering their size no one cares about Envy as brand.

Yeah but my point still stands. Considering their size no one cares about Envy as brand.
Envy has done such bad job with their marketing and branding, so they had to rebrand to OpTic lol
Feels good that I have never experienced one
I wouldn't say that yet. Some of the NA pros were literally just discussing how Chamber is for bad sentinel players who don't know how to properly play Cypher. Chamber is solo agent (especially atm), while agents like Cypher and Killjoy are better for teamwork. You know this when Wardell is the "sentinel" for TSM lol. That is why it suits NA so well atm, but who knows will top EMEA teams outside of Liquid use it or not.
Bren and Sideshow are going to rise Valorant VCT's production to another level. I'm telling you.
Finland:
Derke (Jett, Raze)
Hoody (Skye, Kay/O, Sage, Reyna, Breach)
Jamppi (Chamber, Killjoy, Jett, Sova, Astra on Split)
BONECOLD (Astra, Omen, Brimstone, Viper, Sova, KayO/Skye(?).
Kaspe (Astra, Cypher).
this roster would be really good if they work together. So much flexibility and they would 100% find good comps for every map even if the roles don't match on paper. For example Icebox: Derke=Jett, Hoody=Reyna, Jamppi=Sova, BONECOLD=Viper, Kaspe=Sage(not ideal) would be really good.
In EU servers everyone hates each other.
ScreaM isn't that aggressive player though. He has always been pretty passive and doesn't like to entry. I think that is why Skye would be really good pick for him. Jett kind of felt off for his playstyle.
I mean this was exactly what Vanity said about EU and especially Team Liquid before Champions and see what happened. But, obviously I understand your concern.
Because Faceit gives you 128 tick rate servers instead of normal 64 tick and Faceit leveling system is way more accurate than Matchmaking. For example on average lvl 10 Faceit players (max level) are better than Global Elite ranked players (max rank in MM). Also usually Faceit comms are better, since people there usually care more. Also there's different leagues like FPL where only high level players (pros, some semi-pros etc) are allowed to play. And obviously they have better anti-cheat, knife round to determine which side you start, pick and bans etc. And with the console stuff you just join game in Faceit client and get server IP that you just paste on your console and join the game.
Overall Faceit is something that I think many would hope to have in Valorant as well. Especially higher level players.
Not really. I haven't faced blatant cheater for long time. There might be some in casual modes or lower ranks, but cheaters aren't problem in CSGO in my experience.
m0NESY is so good. He still has some problems, but he has shown so much of greatness during his short period in tier 1. And he is only 16 year old, like holy fuck. s1mple is 24 year old. What will this kid do in year or two?

With your logic pretty much every champ run going forwards will be a fluke. There is really really small chance that any team will win back to back Champions considering that it only happens once a year. Even winning 2 international tournaments back to back is pretty unlikely. And I don't understand what you mean with their inconsistency? They were arguably most consistent EU team last year. Outside of missing Masters 2 due to single elimination format (Sentinels lost 1 game as well) and underperformed in Masters 3 they were really consistent.
This. People who say this clearly don't follow EU Valorant. I don't understand how winning Masters 1 and being consistent top 3 EU team and winning Champions makes them inconsistent? These people only watched Masters 3 and base their opinions around that. There was a reason why they were one of the favorites going into Masters 3 among people who actually followed their games. And then they dare to call teams like Team Liquid more consistent lol
Could be just talking about cNed looking for offers from other teams and just misunderstood it or something. That is only thing that comes to my mind.
Again your comment just proves that you have no idea what you are talking about and that you clearly don't follow EU Valorant. Acend was arguably the best EU team last year (their true potential). Only not making it to Masters 2 due to single elim system (Sentinels also lost their first game IIRC) and they choked and heavily underperformed in Masters 3. Outside of that they have always been top top EU team and consistent as well. Also its true that cNed is their starplayer, but what is the problem with that? I think its pretty funny when American complains about team having carry player when that is exactly how most NA teams operate.
I played bunch of PS2 games, but I still rate some PS3 games like CoD4, CoD MW3, Little Big Planet 1 and 2 as the games that "marked my childhood". I have the best memories from Little Big Planet 1 and 2. Such amazing games when I was like 8-13 year old.
Road Rash (1991) Demo version was the first game I ever played. Nice to see that some other people played that too lol
Because unmuting and saying "Nice" after player clutches 1v4 is so bad
I'm so hyped to see BIG and LDN UNT going against tier 1 opponents. BIG had some cool idea, and LDN as well.
I mean there is a reason why he was benched from Team Liquid originally. But, I still think he is decent addition to NA CSGO. I don't think player like nitr0 makes it worse. He still has potential as the IGL.
I don't know. Especially TenZ/Sentinels fanboys usually like to blame ping on everything, so maybe this take is controversial for some of them?
He is right though. The difference between 10 ping and 40 ping is minimal. That shouldn't effect your gameplay at all or to so minimal degree that you won't even notice it if you didn't see the number. Ping is just easy scapegoat for bad performances.

How is Neon better option than Raze with Astra/Breach combos?
Name better duo than FaZe clan and choking on Inferno KEKW
True (even though he was bad with it), but just example of EU experience.
tbh I have to agree that in EU people start flaming each other in agent select screen or after 2 lost rounds.
Breach: insta-picks Breach
Jett: picks Jett
Breach: "fucking insta-pick duelist"
Jett: "you insta-picked Breach"
Breach: fuck you trash player
...flaming each other whole game
my last ranked game in a nutshell.
nice bait breo
Do people really have Amazon Primes? Maybe Amazon isn't just popular here, but Prime feels so pointless.
Seeing new G2 and m0NESY is hype af, but I think people should lower their expectations. This version of G2 is still young and it will take some time before they start running. m0NESY is also playing in non-Russian speaking team for first time.
ratio + I own TSM FTX Wardell
Placements of Brazilian teams:
Iceland - 5th-6th, 9th-10th
Berlin - 9th-12th, 13th-15th
Champions - 9th-12th, 13th-16th, 13th-16th + super toxic fanbase
Surely they deserve 3 slots for Champions :Clueless:
(assuming they do as LATAM only has KRU for time being)
Population doesn't matter if the region's level isn't high enough to deserve all those spots.
Its just so weird to think that we could potentially see EMEA have as many teams in Champions as Brazil and SEA.
How the tf does EMEA only get 3 slots? Easily the best region during Champions and not single region was even close when comparing the performance with level of play. 4 out of 4 made it to playoffs, 3 out of 4 made it to semifinals, 2 out of 4 made it to finals. I still don't get how region like SEA or even Brazil could potentially have same amount of teams in Champions than EMEA.
I would personally only call Immortal+ players good. I think its just mainly due to fact that I tend to think that people worse than me are not that good, since I don't see myself as that "good" player and I see a lot of faulties in my gameplay from mechanical skill to ability usage, game sense, movements etc.
But obviously statistically even plat players are decently good, but as I said I just think even average diamond player is pretty bad.
Maybe Envy, I just like how its nV instead of ENV or something. Acend is good as well.
G2 won everything when Valorant was new and most teams were bad. And Berlin run G2 had mastermind Koldamenta, best EU controller player Avova, and both nukkye and keloqz who were on fire during Berlin. Mixwell wasn't their winning factor. Still respect to him for being one of the biggest EU Valorant personalities.
If KOI benches H1ber for Mixwell then I don't know what to say... but if he replaces pretty much anyone else then it would be good signing.
I think its more about the consistency on LAN. Acend has always been amazing team online and they looked really good in end of Champions, but way underperformed in Masters 3. While Gambit's 1st and 2nd placements in back to back international LAN tournaments just shows how consistent they have been (even though they struggled in groups). I also like Gambit's approach more.
Because I like Valorant esport and want to know what NA has to offer?
I don't know would I call this team tier 1. Obviously it depends on where you put the line. In my head tier 1 in Valorant is currently relatively small group.
Nice news! EMEA is actually looking really good rn with all these relatively big orgs joining in. Having orgs invested like BIG, Vitality, Alliance, Mouz, Excel, NaVi, possibly Virtus Pro is really good for the scene even if they are more of budget teams.
