thanks! I’m hoping bonkers can make a deeper run to at least the finals.
It’s been two years since I’ve created my vlr account! 🥳 How long have you guys been on vlr? Also, Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans.
‘//,
no one noticed T1 Munchkin being placed two times on the list 💀
anyone like Tanner Metro or is it just me
💀 I guess I’m an old dude then 💀
cool I like yugioh too ☺️
it’s time to d-d-d-d-ddddddddduel
I don’t really know but it would be cool if like you have like a draft system where you each pick one agent at a time until you each pick five. Then, shuffle the abilities they have and guns into the respective decks. A system like that seems like a refreshing take to a card game.
karmine corp can’t even get into a position to choke 💀 (this is joke)
do you play other card games?

While we’re debating if LOCK//IN was a major, if FNATIC is a fluke team, whether NA has not talent, if PRX would’ve won with something, and whether EMEA deserves 5 slots at Champions, here’s your friendly reminder to stay hydrated.
You can never go wrong with some H2O.
you know what you’re right.
CS:GO Major Championships, commonly known as Majors, are tournaments sponsored by Valve with a prize pool of at least $1,000,000 (previously $250,000).
🤓
We shouldn’t even be comparing CS:GO and VALORANT terms in the first place. They’re two different games with two different formats.
“um, actually, champions is the only event considered to be a major” 🤓
Yes. It was a major with a bad format. A badly structured major is still a major. It doesn’t take away the fact that FNATIC are the first team to win two “majors”, not to mention back-to-back.
BBL, Karmine Corp, and Giants have shown signs of improvement. My prediction is that NAVI miss out on the 2nd LCQ spot to Giants/KC in the lower final. In fact, I hope this happens because NAVI need a wake up call to change whatever they’re cooking.
I honestly feel people are giving NAVI too much credit. They’ve been in a downward spiral this year since LOCK//IN.
I agree with 100T, but I think SEN are at least on par with Vitality and Giants.
I seriously don’t think NAVI make champs. They look deflated.
gotta be Karmine Corp and KOI/Giants no?
Fnatic is good and they are the closest team to be compared to Astralis’ CS:GO dynasty but c’mon, two trophies in a row doesn’t carry as much weight as Astralis’ achievements. The way Fnatic are winning these tournaments, however, are similar to Astralis’ dominance.
y am I getting downvoted it’s good I only added the ? because I didn’t know if it was actually a fanfic ☹️
It’s definitely possible, just not probable
As much as I’d like to see Pacific get an extra LCQ spot, PRX’s chances of even getting to the Grand Final are incredibly slim. Like 2% slim. Realistically, CGRS is not very proficient on agents other than Gekko and the longer the series, the more it hurts PRX. I expect a 3-1 EG, but who knows. I also feel both teams are playing without pressure, so it will be interesting to see if either team crumbles.
I do feel as if the game against FNC could’ve (and should’ve) been closer, but that’s just my opinion. Both teams have 5 world-class players that should be able to take us to peak VALORANT.
I feel like ardiis is fine, although he isn’t very flashy most of the time. He gives structure and discipline to the team which allows for more pop off moments from the whole team.
I’ve been watching their games and I don’t know, they just feel weaker than usual to me. It might just be because they’re playing against international competition instead of regional competition.
Half the teams were surprisingly weak/showed signs that they were cooking but fell off during the event.
Weak:
DRX
LOUD
NAVI
NRG (debatable, they made top 4 but I feel they aren’t playing at their highest level)
Fell Off:
T1
TL (debatable)
We did have some teams who were surprisingly good.
Surprisingly Good:
EG
EDG
PRX (debatable)
There were teams who matched expectations too.
Expected:
FNC
ASE
FUT
Overall, this Masters felt like half the teams were in a slump or had circumstances (PRX) that prevented them from playing the best VALORANT. I feel this Masters has been the least competitive international LAN to date (maybe except Reykjavik 2021). Thoughts?
😳
