Those stats are from LATAM server. He's really good nonetheless.
We're allowed to play VCL's playoffs.
Regionals finals is the tournament where the best 2 teams from LATAM South and North face each other and the winners get a pass to the AMERICAS Ascension.
We gonna play in VCL (LAS). Sadly we can not play in the regional finals nor Ascension but we knew it since the beginning. Hopefully Riot reconsiders that rule for 2026.
The facts were the following:
VCT teams agree to play the tournament by unanimously voting a rule that no academies would be allowed.
Leviatan, to date, is the only team with an active academy.
Leviatan cannot play the tournament due to calendar.
We asked if our Academy can play.
They tell us that they would like it but that they will respond to us in the next few days.
A week passes and they tell us no, because of the rule.
Why couldn't they reconsider inviting us?
I still haven't read a good reason not to do it. They don't owe us any explanations either, I'm just saying that there is no good reason not to invite us.
Greetings
Let's be clear, LEV is the only team with the academy formed. When we asked, they didn't tell us no. They told us that they would like to invite the LEV AC, but they asked us for time. Evidently they considered inviting us, something happened in the middle and one week later they finally decided no. I still haven't read a good argument for not inviting us, only excuses. But its fine, it's their tournament, they can do whatever they want.
Because they don't have one yet.
Onur got a bit political calling some in the Spanish community filthy communists. This related to some celebrating CASE stopped investing in Valorant in Spain. (Prob messing around a bit)
It was a joke
Onur believes a salary cap would be necessary to balance out finances and control the inflating monetary bubble
I said quite the opposite. I'm against salary caps.
Bleed tried to get Onur as their 2nd coach but Onur declined because he thought the whole ordeal in which he was contacted was shady
I didn't know back then they were that shady I only thought they were a mess.
I guess they're not interested and that's fine. I'll find another way.
I had an interview yesterday but it was only a first approach I was only one option among other candidates. We'll see.
I think they want to focus in Esports again, that's why they fired all the content creators and kept only the CS team.
They want to move their operations to Brazil, which makes sense because Casemiro is Brazilian and has a huge soccer fan base there. At the same time, Brazil is a cheaper country than Spain which also helps.
I think that operating in Spain made sense while Casemiro was playing in the Real Madrid but then when he moved to Manchester the project didn't feel the same for him.
Just to provide clarity.
CASE's decision to leave Spain had nothing to do with this year but with previous years where, in addition to the budget for esports, they supported a large number of content creators (more than 30 I think)
Yes, we were among the best paid in the Rising League but there were other teams in Europe that paid more.
If I don't get any VCT offers for 2025 I'll wait or maybe I'll retire. Definitely I'm not gonna coach in Tier 2 again. The current state of the scene is pretty bad.
It's not gonna happen
I know techno and venka are doing good in their league but I would need to study the scene in detail to give you a serious answer
Idk assistant coaches benching head coaches seem pretty common nowadays
I don't really know. I would need to do a proper research.
Exactly, I like to start fresh projects.
Honestly, I've never watched a single GE game.
Public searches are not that common in this industry. Usually teams already have a curated list with their candidates.
Honestly I don't think he was expecting to find a coach in his dm
I don't take it personal, he probably didn't get my msg
Funny story. I sent a message on Twitter to the CEO when they were looking for a coach but he didn't read it.
There is no problem. You win some, you lose some.

Most of the maps, if not all, have big flaws in their architecture.
I play whatever Riot wants.
I would say 1 out of 2 pros read socials more frequently in the defeat than in the victory. Most of them don't interact. Players are pretty young on average and sadly more permeable than they should to comments from people that they don't know.
I'm a VLR user since 2021. I lost my other account.
We had a lot of troubles during the regular season. Two unexpected roster changes, CASE leaving the league and we still managed to deliver some quality games in the end.
Personally it was my first experience training in a second language which it was a big question mark for me at the beginning of the project but now I'm feeling way more confident.
