heretics won 1 round on their attack and sen lost 2 ecos so who really had hero rounds here?

posted 2 months ago

those aren't hero plays, those were actual inting, aay did it a lot where he was facing a lot even when they had man advantage but he usually got the kill so it didnt seem like a huge issue whereas berlin was just dying for no particular reason and his paranoias were just not good

posted 2 months ago

terrible region and even if he is confident he just isnt that guy, he might be the best indian player but he couldnt even perform well in apac and it wasnt that his team was horrible or anything, so imagine him playing against top competition like eu or americas

posted 2 months ago

this is what im sayin, hes quite literally a professional yapper and its not like he is straight up saying tenz is a pile of dogshit, he just criticized certain plays and in the end it doesnt matter, a good player will always bounce back regardless of whatever the fuck others say about him and tenz just proved he is a good player

posted 2 months ago

this is not glazing, tenz is the sole reason why i got into valorant in the first place. Sideshow wanted to make it into a series but the hate on him and the player exceeded his expectations and he decided to stop and he was just criticizing him, not hating big difference and even if its unfair towards tenz, he is the most popular player and its the easiest way to get views and he did it. sure he could've chosen a better and softer way to land it but it is what it is, stop making it seem like he is this tenzhater1234 or smthng lmfaoo, he did the same thing with forsaken but instead of making a video, he criticized him in a platchat video way back in the day and he prolly didnt make a video because forsaken just wasnt popular enough to be making a 2hr long video on

posted 2 months ago

this doesnt necessarily prove sideshow was right tho, regardless of the video tenz would still be a great player because a lot of what he criticized didnt take into account the mental state of the players at that point in time, tenz had multiple problems both personally and professionally so cant really blame the guy but u cant hate on sideshow either, he made a genuine video too just that the timing and the after effects of it made it seem like hes some sort of a villain of sorts

posted 2 months ago

bro lmfaooo, its not that deep sideshow criticized tenz for views but that's it he didn't wanna hate the guy or smthng, sideshow is a genuine person and although im against him making that one video it doesnt mean he wanted sen or tenz to fail or anything and regardless of the video tenz still would be the same player he is rn because if a caster knows a player's struggles then im sure the coaching staff does too

"cNed and NaVi would have done good last year if Ange1 didn't start throwing after lock in." that's exactly my point here, it's a team game and you cannot always be individually good if your team is just bad and also nAts really isn't good rn I mean he isn't bad but he isn't anything to write home about he's in the same condition as cNed, he was good once but that was gambit and now he's in a TL that look like a team without an identity and way too many ideas for their own good. Yay hasn't necessarily fallen off, he is still the same guy who dominated 2022 and if he gets someone to bring back his confidence and the team finally decides to play completely around yay then he can do way better than 2023 and this year so far but it all depends on if bleed management decides to still keep him on a flex role or not

edit : I'm not even a fan of yay but this much hate is uncalled for and comparing THE best player of one of the best teams of all time to skrossi who has never achieved anything internationally is just stupid lmfao

posted 2 months ago

your downplaying ur goat here, cned never "fell off" his team just didnt too hot and that goes for yay too, ill say it again if ur team is shit then ur performance will keep getting shittier, you cannot farm in pacific or na tier 2 if ur entire team is in just chaos and its not the team in question is bad, the environment and synergy around the team is just bad, they arent comfortable with each other and when shit like that happens its over, no matter how hard u try to frag (especially on an entirely new role in the team like yay). TenZ said it in the press conference today that whenever ur team is going downhill or has bad environment then their individuals and their performance will also start of decline and ofc he was talking with personal experience, you need to understand that bleed as a team was so far super bad if not the worst (even worse than TL at start of last year or as bad as dfm)

posted 2 months ago

put a good player on a bad team and that player will look bad, tenz, texture, yay, trent etc (although there are a few exceptions, there are always exceptions) yay is still a good player, a few missed shots or whiffs or few bad games does not discredit him dominating an entire year at the top of tier 1 valorant meanwhile the best thing skrossi did was top frag against a few pisslow pacific "tier 1" teams.

posted 2 months ago

get sonofcar and make leaf flex onto sentinel, he was super good on senti

posted 2 months ago

which is why I said its smart, I respect it. Rage baiting works and u gotta do what u gotta do

posted 2 months ago

he is baiting to a certain extent to gain views which is pretty smart, he had no reason to make that video when he has already made that point in other videos of his. He does it all the time to be different and gain views

posted 2 months ago

he failed miserably last year because the entire team was in the dumps, their team mental was obviously blown out of the water and this was the time when kyedae's condition wasn't good and it obviously affected TenZ but now with the team environment and zellsis, he can do way better

posted 2 months ago

its kinda what demon1 is doing and TenZ with the environment he has rn will probably be able to perform way better on jett than last year

posted 2 months ago

yes but take a look at their defense and you can see the shortcomings of zekken being on jett, his oping isnt very good and he takes way too little risks which is the opposite of when tenz played jett, tenz just tried to take too many risks and make hero plays + theres no other fix to this other than just players clicking better on those maps

posted 2 months ago

its the same for when zekken plays jett, its because sen are weak at the map whenever tenz plays kayo and zekken plays jett, not individual problems but their strat book and fundamentals just dont look the same

posted 2 months ago

tenz was also "doing his job" when the team was losing and so was everyone else, the team just fell apart due to bad environment and the horrible tactical playbook, tenz was the only reason SEN won a few games in 2022 and if sick played during that time he wouldve built a bad reputation because the entire team was bad and when ur team is bad u will end up playing bad, its the same for most if not all players but there are exceptions, just look at aspas or yay they were the goats in optic/loud but now in a different team (although they have a few good showings) they are not nearly as good/impactful as they were on their old team

posted 2 months ago

I think this is the best case scenario for pancada, maybe it wasn't communicated properly but other than that he gets a salary until a team picks him up without any buyout, i understand why u think he was snaked but this is the best for both parties, SEN is winning rn and a change would be stupid and keeping such a good player as a 6th against his will would also be stupid so this is the best for him and the org

posted 2 months ago

ah yes the goated world class duelist SEN Sacy

posted 2 months ago

nono im just sayin that he cannot replace sacy, to replace sacy u need someone like verno or trent

posted 2 months ago

curry is not himothy, he isnt as good as any of the current 5

posted 2 months ago

Sen needed an IGL and that's why they cut marved, marved would've left for the NRG roster anyway and also pancada is literally being paid to do nothing and can find a team without any buyout which is huge for him and any org trying to get him, while the lack of communication was kinda bad, it doesnt really change anything as they are not kicking him out of the org or anything

posted 2 months ago

trust me even if yay dropped 30 every game, the team would still be bad, they are just a bad team yall just love shitting on people when they are already down and also if ur gonna blame anyone then blame the coaching staff for taking the decision to put a worldclass passive chamber/jett player and tried to slot him into a very different role after paying a mil

posted 2 months ago

TenZ never "failed to adapt", TenZ isn't the type of guy to force his team to play around him, the coaching staff and the IGL made the decision to make him play primary duelist instead of trying him on other roles and it hurt them in the long term because well TenZ was never the entry fragger, he was always the defender sided aggro duelist/2nd in, also are we forgetting that this was the year were he had a hell of a lot going on in his personal life??? like he was fighting a war outside of game and it even showed in a lot of his streams but now with the right people around him he can perform, hell you can even put him on jett and he will fry because he was never a bad jett player, 2023 sen just didn't utilize him properly

posted 2 months ago

he likes to be different to farm impressions, does it all the time

posted 2 months ago

bringing up old posts and being annoying as shit is considered pretty stupid

posted 2 months ago

that isn't my point, the finals were objectively an advantage and LOUD definitely tried their hardest to win this game but SEN were just way better on split, sunset and lotus

posted 2 months ago

although acegamer is stupid as fuck ur just being equally stupid by not saying this is an important game, the 3 champs points is the same prize as if u were to win the whole madrid tourney so its undeniably very valuable and a very good advantage, the irrelevant game was the first time sen and loud played because look at SEN now, they still made it and won finals, if that matchup was so important then SEN wouldn't have made it all the way here and won the entire thing and its not like the 3 maps SEN won were close, SEN shat on LOUD

posted 2 months ago

ikr gekko barely had any impact in both halfs, the wingman just got broken half the time whenever they tried to plant and they lost spike half the time, running tenz on harbor and making him prove himself on it might be the play here icl

posted 2 months ago

Fundamentals are a huge part and America's and EMEA teams look more drilled

posted 2 months ago

The question should be if Gen G can beat LOUD because Pacific looked so far like the weakest region other than China

posted 2 months ago

"everyone knows its real" delusion at its finest

posted 2 months ago

just terrible comps

posted 2 months ago

I do accept it but you make it seem like SEN didn't have a chance, even if 1 pistol round or any of the clutch rounds from cauanzin or saadhak had gone slightly different, the split wouldve been sentinels 100%, that LOUD game was way closer than people think and SEN could've easily 2-0'd if it wasn't for the gimmick comps by LOUD

posted 2 months ago

you are making it seem like they have an insane pistol but when u actually watch it back u will see how close the rounds actually were and if 1 variable were to change it would change the entire pistol round leading to sen snowballing

posted 2 months ago

there's no "Wyatt's law", the better team wins and if SEN look shaky again then they will lose but based on form rn, SEN should beat LOUD pretty convincingly and their sunset wasn't as impressive as SEN, they just played against an inherently worse team plus LOUD won't have the surprise factor this time

posted 2 months ago

everyone had jitters + pistol wins can be very luck based because of the low amount of util and if sen won 1 of the pistols then it wouldve been a different story or if they didnt throw against saadhak, SEN just looked shaky

posted 2 months ago

no saadhak having a life game on splt makes it a fluke, i still think loud would've won on the 3rd map because SEN were looking very shaky but if they play properly then its over for LOUD, they didn't look very impressive against EG

posted 2 months ago

true, they participate in goated tournaments such as redbull homegrounds

posted 2 months ago

yeah the amazing counterstratting that helped them get 3 rounds against the most played map by SEN, absolute genius by chet and the others

posted 2 months ago

so? they are the top 2 teams from every region and they deserve to be there, nobody fluked their way into it or anything

posted 2 months ago

What's this whole deal about this tourney being "the least competitive", is it just because FNC didn't make it? because that's bs FNC just got outplayed by a new team and all though they are still a good team they just aren't the best team in EMEA, same thing with NAVI. This isn't because FNC got considerably worse either, the other teams just got better and FNC failed to adapt so far and NAVI just look uninspiring to say the least and the same goes for pacific, Gen G hard clears DRX and overall Madrid is going to have very high quality valorant being played (atleast way higher than that of LOCK//IN)

posted 2 months ago

nah, sunset should have never been that close, sen shouldve had it in the bag they let them stick the spike twice and lost both pistols and forced after 1st pistol round loss

posted 2 months ago

let's try and beat regional teams first yea?

posted 2 months ago

we dont claim this bum

posted 2 months ago

im confident enough to say that they have chances but it just feels like they are backed up against the wall rn, its gonna take a lot to win this one

posted 2 months ago

Curious to know what y'all think the chances for SEN are in this matchup, they are quite obviously the underdogs and are slightly expected to lose but still I think its higher than what most people are making it seem like, I think SEN has a 40% chance of winning and even if they don't win I'm sure they can put up a decent showing, the only problem here is that the anti-strating could dismantle SEN unless they change everything up which is very unlikely but even then it'll be fun to watch 2 teams who have their fundamentals done right
