its called training ur skills up for when they actually get good at the game. getting out of plat is legit the easiest shit of all time. i wasnt even in plat for more than 1 day i literally got plat 1 double ranked up to p3 and went straight to diamond. just farm them on iso i agree. but when they actually get into a better elo its easier to have an agent that they're good at.
