no, however DRX kinda insinuated that this did happen, however, based on the information I know, it is true that nothing illegal happened. The problem is more of a moral/lack of sexual education issue. Because of that, Flashback will remain on the roster.

yeah, it can def be seen this way. And honestly, if DRX or flashback came out and said something along these lines. This entire issue would just be seen as 18 year olds making stupid decisions. Especially since nothing was “forced” and it “seems” accidental. Issue would be fine, and everything would be fine given time.

Even if the statements were true, you can still be sued for defamation if the purpose was to slander one’s name.
