In every match that has a brazilian team or even LATAM team, the crowd starts screaming when someone from the brazilian team is looking at someone from enemy team through a smoke or something, basically giving them info without them having to use abilities.

When a high ping player swings everything, they have an advantage over you. It's why a lot of turkish players choose to play on London servers even though they get worse ping than on their own Istanbul server.
When they get swung on, they have less reaction time, but when they're the one doing the swinging, they tend to have extra time, that's why they will be ferrari peeking everyone constantly.
It's a well known thing called "ping abusing".
