FURIA has a ton of money and if he joins alongside sadhaak would be an interesting roster to see, I think they could be strong
I hope screwface joins NRG, he's a fantastic player and they need a strong IGL. unironically if the EG squad improved so much by scrimming against him as IGL, he's probably great
yay is nowhere on any sheet and he's repeatedly saying people have dodged around it, seems like a rally to not "leak" what team he's joining
NRG is the only NA option I think he'd want to join, and has the money. weird that the duelist spot hasn't been filled on it (or has by aspas) for so long....
Confirmed (or pretty much confirmed) Rosters:
SEN: zekken, tenz, sacy, pancada, johnqt
G2: leaf, jonahp, net, valyn, trent
Strong possibility:
100T: cryo, asuna, eeiu, bang, boostio
My bet:
NRG: yay, victor, crashies, marved, screwface
NOT NA BUT BANGER?:
Furia: aspas, khalil, mwzera, sadhaak, kon4n
Baka! Jaccob loves DFM. We supply "anime" figure for Jaccob, sign immediately! Gomennasai.
these are great picks, and most are pretty young talents, I would actually have loved to see n1zzy join a top APAC team but he retired and is focusing on academics, I think in the US if I am informed correctly
Gomennasai, Chunkio! DFM manager here, konichiwa! y1y to join DFM, numbawan Nihon! Arigatou!
n1zzy retired
yesican is great
vici great, import tho
rawfiul solid
I'm talking about all esports investments, not just Riot based ones. However, agreed that having streaming rights will help a ton and it'll be rough until then.
all esports are investment, however there have been some that have broken through and made money. the ones that have advertised locally, had a strong fan-base and made lots of content to build a following. they also developed rosters and sold off players rather than just buying the best every single season. KC most likely doesn't go positive yet but they are building up to it and building revenue streams which is the largest part that I think other orgs aren't doing or aren't doing as well.
not saying to replicate it, but they for sure need to learn and take notes. karmine monetized having a streamer at the helm and advertising their organization internationally and especially locally extremely well, similar to traditional sports clubs. on top of this, they have great rosters with lots of up and comers and did not spend insane amounts of money on any roster. they also, like just announced, used crowdfunding to build an arena which they can also monetize. it's clear there are steps these organizations can take to replicate the success karmine corp has, they just haven't.
I enjoy all of them, so what I'm seeing is that people enjoy it when they just post 100% done deal moves and report on it rather than joke around about leaks and trials baiting people
you need money to build an arena, hence why I said they need to monetize themself and expand off it (build an arena and make even more money off it). kcorp is not broke and will continue to not be broke if the arena does well because they are properly expanding their business and having strong revenue streams.
amazing for esports
hope more organizations take notes on how to properly monetize yourself and gain fan trust and loyalty and expand off it
China clears all
SORRYMYBAD, AAAAY, hfmi0dzjc9z7, YOU, R1ckLeeXD, Zoomer, TvirusLuke, yyy, thisisformygurl, XXXTaco
most likely because they need confirmation otherwise they get clowned or the player told them not to say until a certain point (or the org)
probably delayed again, they're still on Rocket League
I like anonimotum, I agree. What reporters/leakers do you not like for example?
what reporters "diligently do their job without injecting their awful, loser fucking personalities into the mix"
that's what they said on dsg
look what happened
Gomennasai, mrGoudas! DFM manager here, konichiwa! y1y to join DFM, numbawan Japan! Arigatou!
bro is trying hard to get anything he can
diamant loses runner and immediately finds another cracked duelist
whoever is scouting for this org deserves a raise
yay has a trophy on his profile so technically it should be y1y
this entire roster is looking very good as long as it's -carpe +xccurate and they stick to it
yes but xccurate main roster, pretty sure carpe will be 6th man
financially yes
these pros play to win they are competitive and they want to bring trophies and have a legacy
obviously $ is part of it but they are competitors
I think it'll all depend on if every single player leaves, most likely fns and s0m want to build an entire team themselves so if all the players leave it's a possibility. don't think that will happen though. also #1 their management sucks and I don't think they want to work with EG
Sources: Zombs to be signed to LOUD on a 3 year contract as a starter for the 2024 VCT season
sayf has 7 games on sova and that's the only scan initiator experience he has and it's so old it doesn't have a rating
how it is not a new role for him and where does it say he'd play scan initiators for liquid
cender had a pretty good year playing sentinels but sayf has infinitely more sentinel experience than scan initiator and cender at least has some general initiator experience
most subs are used as analyst/coach
he plays controller and his stats besides VCL SA are great
guessing he'll just be helping the team in the background hopefully
if they swap him out consistently or he's main roster then I'd say a pretty bad pickup
all of this works until you get to sayf since he has 0 experience playing scan initiator/flex
more likely cender plays scan initiator/flex and sayf plays sentinel since sayf has experience on sentinels and cender has breach experience
double skye comp is the new meta you're behind
hopefully not on the starting roster, but I think it's a decent find and pickup for a 6th
runneR is a hard jett/raze player (I like his raze more) only agents he plays besides those 2 and chamber is Kay/o
however if kicks joins as well, kicks is most known for his skye and kay/o
so if sayf joins, who does he play? destrian and ceNder can both either play flex or second initiator, and ceNder can play sentinel
where does that leave room for sayf
runneR is actually such a great pickup
insane stats, great player and he's young too. seems all fantastic on paper, they still have cender too (idk about destrian). really dependent on the last 2 they pick up
kicks would also be great but idk about sayf and how that'd play out with roles
PRX lost a player they had benched and was doing nothing and gained an upcoming star
GE gained a player who is a proven leader and can build up new talent and gave away an upcoming star
seemingly a great trade from both sides, hope it goes well
you're saying I'm obsessed when you've replied to most of my comments about Diogo and this is from 4 days ago and I haven't posted any content related to Diogo or bumped my own post since. you are the one keeping it going.
