OR

this has been the META for a long time since it has the most versatility

ONUR from an outside perspective to me sounds more like he should be main coach but not strategic coach. I think his mindset on helping teams set up healthy lifestyles and have strong bonds and connections as well as being a great figurehead for a team is fantastic. He is passionate and I think he's a fantastic asset to any team, I would want someone to keep all players on track and healthy and in a good schedule and mindset always. However, strategically I think he needs help from a great tactician.

both of them have fantastic aim and are great teammates and people. I think especially in sym's case if he can find a good coach and continue pursuing valorant he'll be even better in a year or two since he's so young and be franchise ready. if aproto picks up IGLing and becomes a solid caller easily franchise worthy as well.

moose deserves franchising
aproto and sym are both fantastic players but idk if franchising level yet, I love them both though just need more time to cook
