And when was the last time PRX won a grand final on an international stage?
Oh, wait. Never

posted 3 months ago

What? No one promised the girl they would bench Flashback. What are you trying to make up?

posted 3 months ago

Who else could they have picked up? The allegations came up 2 days before roster locks and they have no sub or 6-man. Like what you're saying doesn't make much sense.

posted 3 months ago

What do you mean not gonna happen? It literally happened in Shanghai...

posted 3 months ago

Is there any reason why people don't really like the new HUD? I don't really mind it tbh. I think the new UI for agent select would definitely need getting used to though.

posted 3 months ago

Yeah, they aren't looking like the same team that won kickoff and Madrid.

posted 3 months ago

Woke up on the wrong side of the bed

posted 3 months ago

Same, it would've been nice for them to win Madrid, but I think that loss helped bring them to where they are now.

posted 3 months ago

The fact multiple upsets have happened to NRG is scary. Like, they surely have some curse or magnet that attracts upsets. (I'm coping.)

posted 3 months ago

Wouldn't it be their fault because THEY wasted THEIR time not scrimming and practicing? Also, it doesn't make any sense to say they have jet lag after being in South Korea for around 2 weeks.

posted 3 months ago

I'm not even a SEN fan but in all seriousness, I don't think it's a burnout but more or less GENG are just looking too good and better than them.

posted 3 months ago

I'm putting every ounce of faith into DRX just aim-diffing everyone while Mako cooks up a masterclass and just win champs.

posted 3 months ago

Exactly bro, like what do they see that we don't with these deadlock comps?

posted 3 months ago

I agree, PRX aren't really looking they're in their best form tbh. Even people expected them to beat DRX after their roster change, and yet they got reverse-swept.

posted 3 months ago

he might just be the karon of valorant.

posted 3 months ago

Each player on that team has such insane firepower. They're undeniably the best team of 2024.

posted 3 months ago

It's crazy how she "loves" DRX but immediately believes some false allegations without giving him the benefit of the doubt.

posted 3 months ago

"Every time I used the term, I was careful to note that it was alleged or potential." - auntymarrie

She definitely was NOT careful to use it when she wanted DRX to make a statement and when she demanded that DRX suspend the player. She kept throwing the word as if the allegations were true. I personally think she wasn't really being genuine with the apology, it was more or less a statement to get people off her back, also so DRX doesn't sue her for calling the player a r4pist.

Late Edit: I went and re-read her sorry excuse for an apology and saw that she said and I quote, "In this tweet and in my replies, I never publicly mentioned the org is DRX." even though in the tweets below, she quite literally mentions DRX, saying she'll be praying on their downfall and won't be supporting them. Like, I don't know if I'm illiterate but isn't she just contradicting her own words when she is showing the images of her mentioning DRX?

posted 3 months ago

Is there a statement/evidence guaranteeing Flashback's innocence? If so, then I'm happy for him.

posted 3 months ago

It's crazy how she keeps throwing the words "ALLEGED r4pist" even though it's clear what she means by that. Like she's not even giving him the benefit of the doubt but just blatantly calling him a r4pist.

posted 3 months ago

It's scary how fast allegations (regardless of whether it's true or not) spread and how people immediately jump to conclusions without seeing both sides and waiting for an official statement with proper evidence.

posted 3 months ago

Can I get some context about Butterflyeffect? I just know he's been talking about the situation.

posted 3 months ago

So she's pretty much claiming another narrative without proper evidence to back it up?

posted 3 months ago

Exactly, why can't things ever be handled privately? I'm not saying it's bad to speak up, of course, it's good to speak out about things such as SA, etc. But (just IMO) in this situation, matters should've handled privately without causing this much negative attraction.

posted 3 months ago

Yeah, I get what you mean. I'm just confused about the allegations and if they "make sense" kinda.

posted 3 months ago

Agreed, even if he's found innocent, people will continue to treat him like he did do it. It's a lose-lose situation either way.

posted 3 months ago

I think before Champs start, DRX will be putting out another statement about the accused player and whether they'll play or not. Due to roster locks happening soon, they will be forced to either suspend the player and pick up a sub or have the accused play during Champs.

posted 3 months ago

While I'm not going to say they are false allegations, I think their silence is because they want to deeply investigate the situation and make sure they have concrete evidence before jumping to conclusions without anything to fully prove it.

posted 3 months ago

Yeah, I think more than likely DRX will be forced to suspend/drop the accused player but idk if they will before or after champs.

posted 3 months ago

Fr, regardless of whether the accused is innocent and the victim is guilty, people are going to look at DRX very negatively.

posted 3 months ago

It's crazy that in her post, she's emphasizing "ALLEGED" yet treating them like they did it.

posted 3 months ago

Yeah, it's sad that many people are immediately against the accused even though nothing is fully confirmed. Like, why can't people be unbiased and just wait for both sides or an official statement? It's always guilty till proven innocent but not the other way around.

posted 3 months ago

Allegedly, a player from DRX (speculated to be Flashback) is being investigated because someone came out with a statement saying the player, without the victim's consent, ejaculated inside them and that they had an affair with the player. Currently, DRX is investigating the situation and it isn't confirmed whether or not the player being accused is Flashback (just speculation). Regarding the people on X/Twitter, they aren't happy because they want the player to be suspended and are impatiently waiting for DRX to come out with further news even though they are deeply investigating.

posted 3 months ago

I will admit I was one of these fans but I'm absolutely glad they're proving me wrong.

posted 4 months ago

The group was rumored to be Aespa because the previous bundle correlates with some of their concept photos from their Instagram account, plus the Supernova title could be a nod to the song from their first album.

posted 4 months ago

Honestly, probably not but I'm going to believe they can prove me wrong. I thought they weren't going to beat PRX but they managed to reverse sweep and surprise me.

posted 4 months ago

In my opinion, I can't see Victor going to a team like C9 just because I don't know how the players would mesh together. I'm not saying this is a bad idea, I'm just saying that roster's chemistry would be weird.

posted 4 months ago

I guess, but I would be somewhat emotional too if I lost a game that determined if my season was over tbf.

posted 4 months ago

Same, for Champs, I will be supporting GENG, PRX, and (mainly) DRX as well. I feel most APAC teams this year have been more enjoyable to watch than the other regions. Also, I want APAC to get another trophy specifically from one of those three teams.

posted 4 months ago

I agree. I'm not a fan of G2, but I can say that G2's record is more impressive since their group was more stacked compared to LEV's.

posted 4 months ago

Yeah that is true, I'm just hating because I want justice for Rb, Zest, and Stax

posted 4 months ago

If we're being real, I don't know if they'll win, but I will believe in them. With the current roster, they are a little shaky but have a lot of potential. Give more time for this roster and I think they can go pretty far, but they should consider dropping Termi, he just wants to screw over the players.

posted 4 months ago

I will admit that I did not like their weird comps but I'm just saying NRG's management team fucked him over because of alleged rumors

posted 4 months ago

I don't have an exact clip or timestamp but Chet pretty much confirmed that he never planned on leaving Val and that because of those articles, NRG management did not like that so they dropped him.

posted 4 months ago

I thought the same about Vic and Crashies but with Chet, (regardless of the hate/criticism) he got heavily screwed over IMO. The (fake) "sources" of Chet leaving Val for CS2 pretty much got him kicked even though Chet confirmed he wasn't leaving.

posted 4 months ago

I'm surprised it was only Victor and not Crashies (not hating on either players). I feel like everyone kinda expected Victor and Crashies would always stick together and if one of them got dropped, the other would follow. But with what happened with Chet was actually pretty fucked and he got screwed over.

posted 4 months ago

I would actually like to see this roster. I think Marved is still a top-tier player and controller, s0m can pretty much play most agents at a high level, and FNS would hopefully be able to reactivate yay and Ethan is very consistent.

posted 4 months ago

This is the most realistic list. I think NRG could be above C9 if they play the same during the last two maps of today's match (I'm biased).

posted 4 months ago

0/8

posted 4 months ago

If s0m was on duelist instead of Victor, I think they would be significantly better even though s0m said he wouldn't want to,
