Just imagine if: rain, broky, ropz, twistz, s1mple, perfecto, electronic, b1t, yekindar, jame, fl1t, stavn, teses, k0nfig, sh1ro, hobbit, ax1le, refrezh, spinx, niko, m0nesy, jackz, hunter, rez, dev1ce, brollan, any other nip player, furia players, zywoo, magisk, duprehh, apex... and the list goes on and on, any of these players would be insane in valorant if they have the drive to grind the game like jugi did, and this is not counting for god talents that are stuck in t2-3 like derke

posted about 2 years ago

being one of the best cs players in NA is not an achievement + valorant as far as I know is a team game, 100T was a clown fiesta but Ethan was one of the best in his role and same for nitr0, any t1-t2.5 EU cs player can become one of the best in valorant if he grinds the game a lot to compensate for the 2 years advantage the others have on him, clear example is jugi, bot in CS and now in vct and probably one of the most exciting duelists in eu

posted about 2 years ago

true but the game is meant to attract noobs so doubt they will change anything, so much potential being wasted

posted about 2 years ago

names checks out + not true, valorant positioning is a joke and team coordination and strategy basically the same, strategy is way easier since you have abilities that can secure your flank/give you info like wtf, you dont even need to have a proper default in valorant, its so easy to get info and map control

posted about 2 years ago

not really honestly, im high elo in both games and its the same to me, valorant a bit easier because abilities give u info/can check ur flank, u dont really need to be careful about defaulting because you have an alarmbot that can close the map for you, definetely easier imo

posted about 2 years ago

play 20 dm a day, that should be the equivalent of csgo t1 pros playing 1-2 hours of dm a day

posted about 2 years ago

tier 1 lol, maybe 3 years ago, they were still some of the best in na tho, also nitr0 shit firepower for t1 and ethan just a decent support

posted about 2 years ago

valorant mechanics are anything but clean, if shots dont register it is because: bad counterstrafe/bad spray/not waiting for pistol to reset if its not autimatic weapon

posted about 2 years ago

ever heard about a certain estonian guy who is very good at cs?

posted about 2 years ago

currently, once he is experienced with the team he can replace boaster and then they make boaster the vlogger of the team

posted about 2 years ago

they are getting ready to kick boaster, nice, if fearoth performs then they can make him igl if they still shit the bed and boaster back to vlogging

posted about 2 years ago

you are not wrong but at the end of the day when those teams who are "better" get used to playing on LAN and experience is not a factor anymore then it will change, same happens with Gambit csgo, insane team but cant play at all in arena because they are unexperienced af compared to other t1 teams who have been doing it for years in packed arenas, even if they are "better" they still lose

posted about 2 years ago

They were good in Masters 3, fair but the competition was not as fierce either, they got put in an easy group + Only played NA teams in playoffs and they were clearly better than 100T and Sentinels, Champions they looked really bad but Victor had covid so understandable but to me even if they won this masters, when I watch their VODS I just dont think they can be the best team itw, FNS is not good enough individually for the long term compared to top EU IGLs + you cant argue that their playstyle isnt literally taking solo fights and hope they win them, literally the definition of NA in tactical fps, there werent really strong teams this masters and they steped up individually this later stage of the tournament and it worked for them, just cant see it happening consistently or against fpx/gambit/fnatic/acend, those guys would punish the shit out of you if you play like that

G2 LOL

posted about 2 years ago

m8, Gambit and FPX would shit on Optic any day any time lmao, even Fnatic with full roster could beat them comfortably

posted about 2 years ago

And sorry but Optic are not that good, their gameplay is just aids personally, they might be experienced on LAN but they have 4 players + their whole strategy is just winning solo fights, still a great team tho, just dont think they can be consistent with the way they play

posted about 2 years ago

I dont agree, Gambit is better than FPX to me, if it wasnt because they had to play 5-6 matches in a week Gambit would have easily qualified, even if g2 beat them easily I dont think they were at their best, devastated from Fnatic match + they wouldnt be able to go either way so not very motivating

posted about 2 years ago

honeslty guard is just so impressive fundamentally, optic on the other hand play coinflip mania

posted about 2 years ago

say what you want but:

  • zeta got a life run, they arent that good
  • gambit is still the best team in the world
  • fpx would probably beat any team in this tournament
  • fnatic with full roster is better than any team in this tournament bar optic/loud and I am confident they can beat them if boaster doesnt shit the bed
  • guard is better than optic, just need to adapt to LAN
  • Liquid and G2 are not even top5 EMEA
  • New Acend could beat any of these teams
  • DRX are not good with this style of play, they are just a worse fnatic, at least fnatic can pug it out a little drx is unable to
  • Paper Rex had another life run with that aggro playstyle, once they get figured out by serious teams like Gambit they would shit the bed
  • Cloud9 at least top10

Also I dont really care about this stupid valorant esque tendency of putting teams that made it to LAN only in rankings, that logic is flawed af, if I had to make a ranking based on recent tournaments and not counting performances in a specific tournament but rather consistency in several tournaments + a bit of what I think after watching them play it would be:

  1. Gambit
  2. FPX
  3. Acend (yes, believe it or not they are still insane, if zeek had played against bbl they would be in emea playoffs instead of g2, they basically didnt even try in stage1 because of you know what is happening in the world rn)
  4. Guard
  5. Fnatic
  6. Optic
  7. Loud
  8. G2
  9. C9
  10. KRU/DRX/PRX/TL/GUILD (DOG teams that sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe shit)
HONORABLE MENTION: V1, IF THEY PLAY LIKE GROUP STAGE THEY ARE AT LEAST TOP10
posted about 2 years ago

m8, zeek is depressed, kiles family is getting bombarded by russians and they dont even want bonecold as igl anymore, how do you expect them to perform? they will be back tho, they got some serious upgrades for stage2

posted about 2 years ago

they arent as bad as people think, some motherfuckers were saying fucking LATAM is better lmao but Optic is 100% not the best team itw, I would bet my house they wouldnt beat a full Fnatic, FPX or Gambit, their gameplay is literally take fights if they win them they are insane if they dont they look like bots like against Acend and Xerxia, not really that good in terms of decision making/playing together as a team + FNS is a fucking dog, they wont beat serious european teams playing with him, its not like he is fucking prime gla1ve either, always has been a mid IGL just shines because there arent actual top IGLs in valorant

posted about 2 years ago

What you dont seem to understand from your foreign american point of view is that the de iure classification Riot uses for teams is not useful nor used by european fans, idc if they exploit a bad system and farm CIS qualifiers, they are still EU in every1 eyes but anyway this discussion is stupid because doesnt matter if EU or CIS they are just european at the end of the day, also why are you talking so much if you probably dont even know anything about EU as a region or what europeans think? Classic american trying to impose their views on other parts of the world, actual world police in your heads

posted about 2 years ago

I know what you are saying but my point is that no1 in Europe would call FPX a CIS team, they are just exploiting a bad system made by RIot, any team that speaks english and has players from different countries is called an "EU mix" in competitive play, there is a distinction between playing for a national team and a european team in Europe, no1 would call FPX a CIS team, also why tf is it CIS? Why would you even call it CIS qualifiers? Riot so stupid just call it Russia, also CIS players have the option to play EU qualifiers if they want to, even tho they wont because its 10 times harder than CIS qualifiers but they are allowed to

posted about 2 years ago

who cares, they are all european teams and if you are european you should support them, doesnt matter what qualifier they played in, this is just an imaginary system made by riot, CSGO and Dota there is only EU region, no CIS or Turkey, if valorant was popular af in DACH and they had a huge amount of good players they would probably get their own qualifier too, would they not be EU? ofc not lmao, only reason CIS and TR is a thing is because of viewership and playerbase they bring not because it is an actual distinctive region lmao, let the retarded americans cope a little saying they are not EU, maybe some day that even CIS pros/players call it all EU, no1 from CIS would say they arent EU, same if my country had our own qualifier I would still call myself EU, btw CIS matches are played on Poland servers aka EU country lmao

posted about 2 years ago

not really lol, more like americans hate on eastern europe because they are scared of russia being more relevant than them, we love eastern europeans

posted about 2 years ago

this is simply not true, latvian players can both compete in EU and CIS + ardiis is lives in england, have you even heard that motherfucker talk? he is a literal scouse, idk why you are lying about things saying lavia is cis when they are not, they can play both since the separation between EU and CIS is idiotic and there is countries in conflict that can participate in both, same case for ukraine and any other baltic country + Why are you even talking? You dont know anything about how Europeans teams should be labelled, no1 would consider fpx CIS its actually stupid, CIS teams are teams who speak russian, FPX is just exploiting the system, no team that isnt composed by 5 CIS players should play on CIS, it should be reserved to russian speaking teams to get a chance to play challengers, not european mixes that last year had an EU core and then got suygetsu just so they can exploit the system and get an easy spot in challengers

You speak english and are European? You are EU team which is an abrevation for EUROPE not EUROPEAN UNION in esports, you have 5 russian speaking players? you are CIS

PLZ DONT TALKING ABOUT WHAT YOU DONT KNOW DUMB AMERICAN

posted about 2 years ago

congrats! you just needed a war to beat Europe aka the superior race

posted about 2 years ago

he would be ideal for g2 valorant ngl, make him play mixwell role and he will be insane, better jett than mixwell and insane cealing

posted about 2 years ago

maybe in wrong but north apac people have literally no emotion, maybe japanese are different but korean crowd in league and chinese in csgo were always shit to me

posted about 2 years ago

tokyo and seoul crowds would be dead, I think best crowds would be somewhere in US, UK, Australia or Spain, maybe Poland too, if you are going to Asia you should go to SEA, its painful to watch Korean/Chinese crowds in League for example and Japan probably painful crowd too

posted about 2 years ago

Technically those arent the CIS countries

posted about 2 years ago

hunterxhunter, goated

posted about 2 years ago

its a pretty sick team ngl and they have a world champ experience, szimpli, cender, baddyg are very talented, bramz and bonecold are really good too

posted about 2 years ago

they wouldnt really lack firepower, all 5 players are good firepower wise and if they have bonecold play initiator he can become good again, he really underperformed second half of last year considering his aim is actually insane

posted about 2 years ago

you are comparing best csgo talent ever possibly with this guy, no way

posted about 2 years ago

derke can only do so much, if their system and igl is bad its very hard to win tourneys

posted about 2 years ago

voce e muito inteligente mano kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

posted about 2 years ago

Also I have spent quite a lot of money in ingame skins and so many other viewers, so I think we deserve better than this, so technically not free, more than 50% of viewers have given respectable amounts of money to riot that can easily pay for good production

posted about 2 years ago

idc the work they put in, its not good enough, wdym I show them how easy it is? its literally their job and they are doing it badly, it looks like csgo 2014, your argument is a fallacy, why would I respect their work when it is so shit? Its nowhere near what a reasonable should be lol, I dont expect the production to be Blast csgo level but at least that they are not shitting themselves with the most basic things lmao, how does the fact it is free afect the fact that a multimillion dollar company having this level of production is not acceptable?

posted about 2 years ago

But you are not taking into account that Gambit, FPX, Acend and maybe Guild have had a lot of time to prepare, being in an international event is a loss in terms of improving as a team + G2 with this lineup isnt that good same for Liquid who have no IGL and Fnatic who have boaster aka the wall licker

posted about 2 years ago

m8 main stream wasnt even 60fps for the first 3 days, how is that not awful? hud was glitching and cams arent even showing, its so bad

posted about 2 years ago

They are finished because of Boaster, the players are good tho, I just dont rate boaster as a player and specially as an IGL

posted about 2 years ago

I think its awful man, this stage would only be acceptable if it was only used for group stages and then playoffs would be in an arena with a crowd

posted about 2 years ago

last year it was really bad for what the standard should be I agree but my god this masters it has been awful man, also if you are not gonna have a crowd at least make a good stage like last year not this shitty one

posted about 2 years ago

they very good but if they dont get an igl its impossible for them to be consistently a top3 team, they need players who are leaders and are smart, only jamppi and nivera are very smart players imo, the other 3 you can tell they lack in gamesense even if they have great aim, my dream Liquid roster would be:
Jamppi (Initiator)
Nivera (would like to see if he is good on duelist but probably would struggle on jett because of low sens so keep him on sentinel)
H1ber/Fitinho/Twisten/purp0 (basically any upcoming duelist who can play both jett/raze to a high level)
baddyg/l1nk (controller)
IGL (no idea who honestly its hard to tell who is good igl/would fit in the team from the outside)

or

Jamppi (initiator)
Nivera (sentinel)
H1ber/fitinho/twisten/purp0 (duelist)
IGL (controller)
strong flex player, musashi maybe? or keep scream

They can keep sliggy if they think he is good, also doubt nivera would be happy with kicking scream so the second one seems more likely, their main problem imo is not having a competent duelist who can play both raze/jett and can op + no igl obviously, only player they 100% need to kick is soulcas and then its between l1nk/scream possibly
