Personally there are several reasons why I see Bilibili as a sort of a "wildcard" right now, some point to a positive future while others point to a slightly darker one.

Good:
Jexen is back, rin is out (he was not an amazing player and I can't imagine him being a positive morale booster either 🗿)
B3ar is in, will IGL. This gives Biank who has a lot of mechanical skill to play a bit more freely.

Bad:
Haven't finished top 4 in either of the CN Evo tournaments.
Got beat x2 by TEC (a team that had only been playing together for two weeks at most)
Got beat by DRG
Looked pretty weak in general in comparison to CN Champs qualifiers and Champs.
Other teams look super stacked: EDG, JDG, TE, FPX, DRG, etc

So yeah realistically speaking if we go off of recent performances they're a top 5-8 team.

Abo's a great IGL, and the rest of their players aren't as bad as you make them out to be. They managed to beat BLG not once but twice while only having gotten together a month prior. They also placed above DRG in CN Evolution series act 3.
