The entire EDG Masters Tokyo run is pretty fun to rewatch.

Have you considered reading a book or listening to some music? That usually does the trick for me. Good luck in your quest to pursue entertainment! πŸ‘

I sincerely apologize for making that assumption.

But tbh it's a bit too early to tell. Flex1n might start cooking. nizhaoTZH is also good.

As far as I'm aware, they seem like baloney pulled out of an ass's ass. His allegations are unfounded and quite weak tbh. I looked at some of the clips he highlighted and I can't see any issue with them.

  1. Split clip B rotate: Incognito saw OP main, lovers rock only saw Viper push B main. Safe to assume that they're doing a mid split or playing default. At least 1 player probably lurking around A. He then should've heard Viper back off, which could potentially tell of a rotate (because OP is playing B). Knowing they don't have info mid, the Cypher backs off into CT and they play together to gamble a counter from Incognito's rotate. This proved to work out well, and I guess a bit of luck could be a factor in all this. Nothing suspicious.
  2. Split clip Cypher clear A main bottom: Cypher was lurking around A, and slowly clears A main bottom instead of top first, which is somewhat suspect. However, upon further consideration, he could simply have believed that a player had pushed up close, and he just got the better of the situation after clearing it.
  3. Bind clip postplant: Very ordinary and standard postplant 1v2. He's looking into a wall because his crosshair will be head level once he swings (he probably knew nobody was close).
  4. Lotus A rubble retreat: I think xazyyyy wanted to highlight the fact that one of the guys (I forgot who) looked in the general direction of the other sites. I think that is just a coincidence and it's pretty stretched to call cheats for that one.
  5. Breeze lovers rock Jett knife flick elbow: Good flick dude!

I think that's it. I don't believe Chipi Chapas is cheating and I won't change my mind unless compelling evidence appears.

I apologize if I'm making you uncomfortable in any way. Having lived in Europe for quite some time, I've come to be acclimated with the traditions that surround me, one such being the engagement and observation of the sport known around here as "football". I understand that in the United States, a very distinct sport that shares the word "football" in its name exists (American Football).

Regardless, the point I'm trying to make is that I'm not making any silly attempts at causing a debacle about what to call "football" or "soccer" as you guys call it. It would just be unwise to be unaware of what the general European populus sees as acceptable and unacceptable when it comes to defining the aforementioned sport.

The majority of European football fans I've met all share a dislike for the word "soccer", and my friend even hits me (sometimes) when I use that word in a conversation. Despite that, American football does seem to have a certain degree of recognition in certain parts of Europe, as several of my close acquaintances/friends have/are participating in rugby, which as far as I'm aware is quite similar to American football.

tldr: I'm one of those Euros* that understand the diverse vocabulary different dialects possess. I've grown up being told to avoid the usage of the word "soccer" when referring to football, thus in my original comment I chose to define the word I was replacing it with beforehand, which happens to be called "football" in Europe.

Europe has no "soccer" fans. Bunch of football fans around here though, and do believe me when I tell you some of them are very proud of their team/country when it comes to it.

Wouldn't be caught dead wearing a Napoli jersey in Torino...

Well, I don't think so, because a Non Player Character can only appear in digital simulations, and I am pretty positive that life is not as such. But then again, I respect your opinion if you are adamant that I am indeed an NPC. πŸ˜€

I've watched a fair amount of Chinese Valorant so here's a list of more-or-less three teams that come to mind.
All Gamers (They have some fairly decent players)
Wolves Esports (Out of Darkness Cometh Light)
TYLOO (alphabet man might be able to help them out a bit)
TEC (They've got Rb and Abo)

Hello Corny! I'm not some professional/radiant player, so I can't guarantee the success of these strats.

DEFENSE, assuming you go with a 2-1-2.
Cypher tripwire logs-main, cage one way on the ledge at Main, and a trip on site. Play Stairs and hold main when necessary, and divert attention to site when they have pushed in. You can use a cage to protect yourself if you are at Stairs and don't have a friend holding the Switch area.
Sova recon dart into Main hall or B lobby. Use shock darts to damage if heavy push. You could even use a drone at bars to scan and Odin.
Chamber play market/mid, with trip in Pizza. This way he can help out on B quickly while holding mid. You could even have him do a peek with his TP in main if you want to play three players on site while having utility in mid.

ATTACK, assuming you don't do a mid split. (This is pretty standard)
Omen flash Main from Lobby at the beginning of round, make sure to have teammates to push the flashed player if there is one. Smoke Market and CT. Omen can play ratty by tucking next to market if he wants.
Jett smoke+dash into switch, close door, and clear angles such as logs.
Sova dart site, drone boathouse if necessary.
Chamber trip Stairs or CT, and play on-site.
Cypher can watch flank with trips and camera. Could play main.

Good luck with your B Ascent plays, hope this helped somewhat!

Hello namuw0w, I'm having a fine day, just finishing up some Chemistry studying for the exam tomorrow morning.

As for the CN player/team that has impressed me the most throughout the year, I think it's going to have to be EDG. I didn't care too much for them at LOCK//IN and at the beginning of Masters Tokyo. I just thought "oh look it's EDG they're going to get grouped." However, they proved me wrong and went on a top 5 run! That was quite the storyline to follow, and I've been quite fond of them ever since.

However, if we're talking about the off season and the CN Evolution series, I'd say that the team that stood out to me the most was probably FPX. Yeah, RA and TE were showing up and whatnot, but having watched FPX's games during Champs, they looked like a completely different team (except for the funny strats). I really enjoyed watching FPX improve and especially so after the addition of autumn. RA and TE were cool too though.

As for player, it's probably between Viva, FengF, and vo0kashu. There were cracked duelists like stew who impressed me, but there are always people with cracked aim, and it was really interesting to see players with good aim AND good utility usage/support. Viva and FengF are both top tier flex players, and vo0kashu is one of the best sentinel players I've seen. I can't single out a specific player though, because the scene is pretty new and there are just too many cracked players I need to watch and learn more about.

tldr:

EDG throughout the year, FPX recently. Viva, FengF, vo0kashu (honorable mention to stew).
