I think that a big problem riot has is that they try to make every agent/gun meta, it’s ok to have some which are occasionally used and can be viable. Something like the ares was fine where it was, not overpowered at all but not obsolete. An agent like your needs buffs because he is useless, Jett and Astra need nerfs because they are far above their competitors, an agent like sage is good picked sometimes but not necessary not everything needs to be very viable and meta
People just aren’t used to playing against neon, I would like to see nerfs to Astra and Jett just to diversify the agent pool and make it so other controllers and duelists are viable in pro play maybe also sova, viper or skye. It’s not that these agents are broken but I think that there shouldn’t be any agents which are neccesary to play on certain maps. That being said I think other than Jett and Astra nerfs and your buffs the game is at a good place in terms of agents

I think that with Shahz on Jett sen has had lots of success but at the end of the day Tenz is the most skilled player on the team and probably a top 5 player in the world so shahz is not going to take his main agent

OCE teams aren’t good enough to justify a direct slot, as of now, the region seems mediocre and definitely not on the level of any of the regions represented at Champions
100T is one of the best orgs in the game, there has to be a best player on every team and just because Asuna is the best player on 100T doesn’t mean his talent is getting wasted. Everyone else on their Berlin roster was a very competent player as good as any other top NA player
