I love PRX as well but FNC won tokyo fairly, stop coping guys

posted 9 months ago

He said C9 were favorites AT THE TIME. Not after the game. I simply proved that.

posted 9 months ago

dont u dare disrespect the goat

posted 9 months ago

fair, but still a big upgrade.

Went from losing 2-0 vs GEN.G to winning 2-1

monyet ->> Jinggg

before the game. C9 was widely considerd as a "Superteam" beforehand, with players like y0y and leaf

No masters are flukes.

Power levels can vary between tournaments though.

it's that simple guys, now can we please shut up about "Mickey Mouse" tournaments

posted 9 months ago

No master is a fluke, it's that the power level can vary between tournaments.

posted 9 months ago

they had dephhh, he was the nightmare

(-24 is crazy)

posted 9 months ago

in that case PRX has a masters trophy

SEE GUYS WE DONT CHOKE FINALS

posted 9 months ago

where did three come from???

posted 9 months ago

Champions > Masters tbf

(before i get targeted i support PRX)

posted 9 months ago

Ascent is a lot lower IMO. Most teams just run the standard comp and there is nothing innovative.

posted 9 months ago

Go watch CS:GO then. (or is it CS2 now? Why did they have to make a second game LMAO)

and CS:GO and Val are two completely different games lol

posted 9 months ago

Give me another team that can do it the way they can. If it was so broken, why would other teams not do it? It's because to play #WGAMING, you need a very specific team, play style, and preparation

edit: and the 0 tactics comment is straight up proof yiu don't watch PRX.

Why are they not second? (or even top three)

posted 9 months ago

I still think monyet could be a good 6th, his omen is very solid.

posted 9 months ago

yeah.

I heavily prefer the old one

posted 9 months ago

Yeah, sorry. I really misinterpreted what you meant. Thank you for taking the time to clarify my confusion.

posted 9 months ago

GL in the future KC :)

(We're winning again in Shanghai tho, trust)

posted 9 months ago

I think it depends on how welll C9 have implemeted their new players.

Hikaru got absolutely wrecked yesterday, lol

To quote myself earlier:

you just said you are always like this and then immediately followed it up with "after", meaning you were not like this until a certain event passed

this was how I interpreted what he said. I was asking him to clarify. People can misintepret things all the time. For example, "Mike became a good friend of Mark's after he helped him repair his computer. Most people can assume that Mike helped Mark repair the computer. But it's also possible that Mark helped Mike fix the computer, making a sentence like: "Mike became a good friend of Mark after Mark helped Mike fix Mike's computer."

simply be more realistic about his team's chances objectively but have the same amount of 'confidence' that they will win it all, because they've shown great potential.

"Confidence" is a sliding scale as you mentioned. Being more "realisitic" is the same thing as having less confidence IMO. Saying "We're going to win cause we're the best!" versus "We might win", means that you have less confidence in yourself to win.

he said he's always been that way but he clearly had less of a reason to accept criticism BEFORE kick off, since there was literally no reason to when no teams had any results at that point. He rebuts your premise by just stating that he's always been as accepting to criticism, just that the criticism BEFORE kickoff had little to no basis or ground to stand on, like much of your argument, which is why after kickoff, with actual results and facts, he definitely accepts the criticism.

Yes, and this was what I was trying to understand. I am asking them for what they meant.

Try to be less pretentious lil bro

we don't need to put each other down, let's have a normal debate, yeah?

posted 9 months ago

Deadlock change is honestly pretty good, I really like it.

Brimstone change is decent, but having four smokes is kind of OP if you're not playing slow

Not sure what you mean by "stay where he is". Canceling ult is a decent change

posted 9 months ago

??? The amount of things wrong in here...

Even then, you'd be wrong. It isn't a contradiction, at all. You're ASSUMING it is.

Fair, I misinterpreted what he said. That's the enitre point of this thread, because I'm incredibly confused on what he is trying to say. It's not wrong to probe deeper into what they mean.

You said kickoff really changed him, and honestly it is vague as to 'how' it changed him in the first place, so the premise isn't really all there

He changed by being much less confident in NRG, and being much more accepting when people criticize NRG.

so he is REBUTTING your premise that he changed in the first place.

Yeah. And I'm curious what he meant by that.

not 'delusional' like your premise would imply,

Now you're assuming. When did I ever say he was delusional?

he accepts results after they happen and forms his opinions based off results chiefly. So when he says "I accepted we worse after we lost to SEN", that is not a contradiction at all, like your pretentious ass would presume, it is in fact reaffirming his rebuttal lmao

Yes, and I was confused by what he meant because he didn't word things that well(IMO). I'm just curious what he meant.

but it's always fun putting down pretentious nerds like yourself and doing it better than the thing you love most.

okay, you do you <3

Edit: To clarify, the ENTIRE point of this is because I'm trying to understand what they meant, because I accidently misinterpreted what they said. How am I being a "pretentious nerd"

win Shanghai VERY convincingly. Even if they win Shanghai but they have some close matches, then are in contention, not objectively.

posted 9 months ago

okay

posted 9 months ago

need to first see it

posted 9 months ago

how?

posted 9 months ago

what?

posted 9 months ago

very good for solo q, not great for pro play

basically reyna with smokes

posted 9 months ago

overconfident, and LOUD exposed how to deal with their strat

posted 9 months ago

I'm saying that the words themselves contradict each other(if you want to be fancy, an oxymoron)

"I've always been like this" means that you have always been in this state.

"After we lost to Sen" means that you have not been in this state until you lost to SEN.

They contradict each other.

posted 9 months ago

people said that reyna is troll and we made it work :)

posted 9 months ago

how is he the best duelist then? Any proof?

posted 9 months ago

How do you contradict yourself in two sentences

I’ve always been like this

I accepted we worse after

you just said you are always like this and then immediately followed it up with "after", meaning you were not like this until a certain event passed

no hate tho <3

posted 9 months ago

wtf two is bad enough

posted 9 months ago

he's the best OP in the world, not duelist

posted 9 months ago

He's not really a flex, I heavily prefer him on omen comapred to any other agent he plays.

posted 9 months ago

Honestly just go to sleep earlier and then wake up at 5:45, much easier

posted 9 months ago

kickoff really changed you...

this is much better now, ty
