How is Americas > APAC? They have one good team in 100T, versus two good teams in PRX and Gen.G.
One team for Top 6 does not make a region good. It's about how the region does overall, not just one team.

my "f0rsaken should qualify then" comment was about how he is consistently a top preformer, and if he was incredibly impactful behind the scenes, then he almost certaintly has been top 10 at least once.
Gen.G is a very well structured team, I personally feel pretty confident that they can at least shut down Aspas somewhat.
The G2 vs LEV match was absolutely atrocious, I would ignore that game completely

Top 10 is too vague. You also have to keep in mind that f0rsaken is also PRX's IGL(at least, as close to one as they have), so some round wins have to be credited to him due to his calling.
