you and i both know, this has nothing to do with 1.6. They're doing it because valorant nailed it.

tbf there are no "equal" punches in trash talk. It only depends on if you started it or not, everything is fair game after it. It is true that was higher intensity than the comments earlier BUT he doesnt need to stay on the same lane, either of the sides can decrease/increase intensity. No love will be lost by having "equal" insults.

racism against chinese people is an actual thing

racism against every race exists, the current media just choose to avoid it to further a certain propaganda. It doesnt mean that's not a real thing.

BUT, coming to her idiotic tweet, this is not racist. you cant pick and choose when to get outraged if NA > EU is said then NA > CN is also fine. its just banter in the professional scene when regions get involved.

It shows in their mentality, FNS/s0m/C9 players/100T stelllar and I might miss some more always trash talk ranked games and cheesy players like eggster, dasnerth. They actually mald at it and send their little hate crowds to attack dasnerth/eggster after they get rolled by them. I'm kinda glad that EG is the only open minded team from NA who are doing well right now. While the players/teams who are close minded against valorant playstyle which is not their idea of valorant got knocked out. Especially FNS/s0m who hate judge players getting kicked out of the tournament like the dogs they are because of Judge gaming is so satisfying. Keep going EG, they are the PRX of NA with aim/strats backing them up.

interestingly, they were very meticulous with their util until this match but after split, they got way too cocky after that 4 round lead on ascent. It seems EDG is the one that underestimated EG and not the other way around.

posted about a year ago

with an IGL like that, how do you expect to get bold & aggressive strats?

posted about a year ago

man has choked the most important match after all that talk.

haodong and smoggy lost their aim after 1st map apparently.

11-3

posted about a year ago

? are you ok? do you know how LOUD choked like dogs against FNC in that 11-3? they trolled against alfajer in a 1v2 with aspas bhopping mid and less still rotating, thinking there was no time. You should be the first to know how trolling can lose, not just maps but trophies.

posted about a year ago

this couldve been close but EDG's mental got shot after that thrifty throw and they never really recovered since. EG won like 10 in a row after that.

posted about a year ago

whiffage and smoggy seems very underwhelming this map

posted about a year ago

That single THRIFTY derailed EDG's whole map. They would've gone 5-1 and a couple more due to ECOs from EG.

nope

honestly they needed demon1 on jett more than boostio chamber, they lacked that firepower which made the difference. I think they really trust their ascent to be experimenting comps like that.

thats where they lost the map

thats not a bug, he got a bit early while planting, you would know if you plant enough

so many bettors lost on this game because of the odds, they went all in

i dont mind dog and balls for this match, im more worried about pansy casting LOUD vs PRX, which she confirmed

posted about a year ago

scream, he didnt want an IGL & didnt want people telling him how to play, at that time liquid chose the star player than sliggy due to "headshot machine" PR that scream had.

diffing leo sova on ascent aint easy. but he did it.

easily one of the greatest finals in valorant imo, they also had like a 4-5 round lead too at the end on breeze, just couldnt close it out & suygetsu went god mode in the clutch rounds.

posted about a year ago

cypher causes them a lot of issues, I've noticed. Also, hitting your shots. So, they will struggle against double controller or double senti comps.

posted about a year ago

DRX is unfortunately a group merchant, you can put them in the toughest group, they'll come out on top and lose to shitters in playoffs. The game against BLG will be close.

half of the cs frogs are gambling addicts, ignore them & move along.

I think tuyz and aspas had a bad game. caunzin and less got so many important duels in those 2 maps, its crazy. actually impressed by caunzin mechanically, he was dry peeking alfa/derke/chronicle & winning more than half of them. I think that is what messes up FNC. You start winning aim-duels and they crumble.

They will never consider BR/LATAM teams as one of them, I also noticed franchised BR/LATAM teams lacking in strats after moving to US & NA tier 2 improving rapidly since they scrim with these teams regularly. I dont think people realize just how much identity these 2 regions are losing. I enjoyed watching FUSION/UNION in ascension more than I did LOUD/KRU/LEV during America's league. I think they need to split the region and change headquarters since this break helped them actually become more creative. In a year or 2, they will lose even more identity that they had at LOCKIN//.

dual screen but mostly fnc/loud

aspas has not been doing well recently, especially with his clutch AWP shots, he's been missing a lot. But I agree with all the others.

posted about a year ago

never said he promoted it, but most of his streams/content is gambling cases. he just does it in game, still doesnt mean its not gambling.

And MR12 was used way back in cs 1.5 and 1.6 tho

come on now, lets have a limit to coping and understand this was done because valorant did it & was successful. same with buy screen copy.

watching Indian tier 2 this year, we have good enough talent for top teams to take them in, BUT there's so much nepotism right now in Indian orgs that all the friends of top players a year or 2 ago keep getting chances than actual players. There was also another tweet after GE got knocked out of LCQ saying how little we practice day in & day out. We have the facilities, we have setups for players for pracc but they just dont scrim. Im not surprised looking at this stuff since we just dont take stuff like this seriously, for some reason. Even though we're nowhere good to be acting like it. Paycheck stealers & nepotism is gonna cost us doing well in another FPS game like CSGO.

gaules, ohnepixel - carry csgo, even out of those, most of ohnepixel's & csgo twitch streams have been gambling cases/csgoroll. it aint looking great, also did you hear about CS2 having 13 rounds to win now after they copied the buy screen, lel.

wait, FNS as an analyst/2nd coach is actually a good move. They can add in another IGL who can frag, plenty of them in tier 2 with johnqt, flyuh, mitch who did great.

dev1ce with astralis reminds me of germany/spain/france when they won their world cups. Each of those players individually couldnt compare to players like messi/ronaldo/neymar in terms of goals/assists BUT, in a team these players all did their job very well. He was good and surprisingly hits more clutch shots than s1mple when he won them their majors BUT he is not the win condition. While NAVI was a team where, if s1mple did not perform, they werent making far, he dragged that team singlehandedly to finals, same with zywoo before this year's success. Same with niko, these guys hard carry that their failure means the team's failure and they are consistent enough to not fail as much in that hard carry.

I do think dev1ce can be included in the best player convos like modric/kroos/xavi/iniesta are sometimes involved. But thats about it, any further you need hard carry potential which he didnt have or didnt need to have.

For players like dev1ce, they will be happy anyway since these players work for the team & dont care much about individual awards, if he was flashy like s1mple, his team wouldnt have done as well since he holds the passive angles well. longevity wise tho, he absolutely smokes everyone. I enjoyed his recent performance against NAVI, man turned back time, after a break.
