You did current OPTC vs. current NAVI. So it's more like:
ardiis vs.
Zyppan vs.
ANGE1 vs.
Shao vs.
SUYGETSU vs.
I think NAVI looks better right now simply because they have a roster

Deadlock is genuinely good on Abyss. I do feel like she gets more value on B, though
That could explain it, then. And I get that logic, because it's 100% true. Especially on VLR lmao
Are they against you talking to randoms online? I know a lot of people who are. That's the only reason I could assume they'd be mad at you for
Same reason FNATIC was bad at the start of the year. They replaced their coach for who knows what reason
KC don't have the worst fanbase. Haven't since mid-2023
They've won like basically every game that wasn't Team Heretics this year, though, no? It's kinda just poor luck that they're not making both Masters this year
Idk man, they genuinely looked like they could easily make Champs
We saw the same thing happen with FNC last year. You have a good team, you drop your coach for whatever reason, and all of a sudden you look lost. That's not fraudulent, that's just... wth is the org doing
Ohhh that explains why I don't know any of them
Jett maps were no problem at all, he played Jett and Victor played KJ. It was Raze maps that were the problem
What genre are the first few artists you recommended
It doesn't mean anything, but it still counts as a title, doesn't it?
This is genuinely the first non-hate post I've ever seen from you Dorsz
What if you just ask for a $200 monitor
It's worked pretty well for them up until they got rid of the vast majority of what functioned for them for no apparent reason
All the 2024 teams could just pick Sunset and 2023 EG would have no chance
Question: how'd you get the name Elden Lord Kimmy?
Gambit 100% should've won imo, they were definitely the best team of the year. No discredit to Acend, though
Definitely not Yoru, at least not for the first little while. We need time for the analysts on top teams to cook up some tp lineups, otherwise they're gonna fall off the map half the time
Jett - This is a heavy op map, so Jett's definitely gonna be picked here. Having an op on the A Main line on defense is gonna be super, super strong. Plus the amount of outplay potential on this map with Jett is wild.
Sova - The number of possible Sova darts you can do is absolutely ridiculous. There only seems to be a few good spots to dart B on attack, but otherwise he looks like an undoubtable pick. Plus the ult is good for the long corridors and the drone sees a LOT more than you'd think it would.
Gekko - Gekko's a great pick on almost every map nowadays, and Abyss is no exception. He suffers a bit on defense but the overall value he can bring is really good. Dizzy's range is amazing, great for the open spaces. Wingman to plant/defuse is gonna be great on this map, especially with the potential spam meta. The molly is the biggest in the game, so it has a lot of potential on this big map. He's just good.
Harbor - Pretty much every controller in the game can adequately smoke A for attackers, but Harbor is the only one that can smoke B to maximum effect. His wall is the most creative and flexible smoke in the game, and that's gonna come in particularly handy on Abyss. He can also wall A in a way that doesn't force you to take the entire site. On defense, his wall can cover both the main passageway and the path through Danger. He can also wall off mid, which is another thing only he can do. Plus, his cascades are really, really good for scaling both B Main and mid, his cove is great for taking space but also for planting/defusing (possibly spam heavy map), and his ult covers both sites, which are both really open so his ult gets more value than on other maps.
Deadlock - I personally think Deadlock has a shot at being the sentinel for this map, especially with all the jumping you're gonna have to be doing and all the noise you're gonna have to be making. She has really good setups on B, and her ult is actually really good on this map, believe it or not. Plus her wall is great for all the obvious reasons. That being said, you could make a case for basically any sentinel in the game (even Chamber, if you wanna swap out Jett for a different duelist e.g. Neon, but I don't think that's gonna happen too often). Cypher has global utility which is fantastic on such a big map, Sage is obviously really good on spam heavy maps, and Killjoy's turret can hold all of mid for you (plus you could make a case for her retake ult on B as the best KJ ult in the entire game).
Not watching the game right now, but I have to ask... what just happened? I swear 10 different threads called "Boaster" just spawned spontaneously
Nice cursor, but I still don't see a tracker
Miniboo can play KAY/O but unless TH want to play KAY/O on every map then a role swap isn't a good idea
100% sure the majority of tier 1 VCT duelists don't dislike playing duelists. I'll hear you out if you can get a source, though
Trust me, no one is bookmarking this random VLR thread other than you.
Also if you're gonna call people golds like they're worse than you then the least you can do is link your tracker to back yourself up
FPX is probably the most fun team to watch right now, especially when they play the way they did at Shanghai. LOUD and Karmine Corp are also fun to watch because of how differently they tend to play most maps, especially with the comps they pick.
Does TenZ? Where? The only ones I know are Subroza and ardiis
Edit: never mind, read the replies. Pretty sure most people call that newstand or something, though
Not really a good comparison. Boo is a controller, TenZ is a duelist-turned-flex.
That doesn't address Cheasle's concern, though
