So, talks of the "recession" in E-sports and how its been disrupting orgs and their profits has been a big deal lately.
While riot is a major company with loads of investment money from Tencent (China), this does not confirm their competitive scene's relevance in other regions.
The main point of incentive for Sponsors to invest in Valorant teams is the visibility they can get, the possibility to get the brand out there,
But, this does not translate well to teams, as the necessity of results limits the amount of teams that can survive.

As we have seen in the scene there have been various ORGs with promissing teams that did not survive the test of time (Optic, Gamelanders, NIP) in the Valorant scene.
In result, taking players to obscurity with them.
What i propose is a form to give teams a secondary sense of income that would also incentivize results but also media forms:

Team Skins
Now you might be thinking; "we have been saying this for decades", and you are right, we the community have been craving such parafernalia.
BUT, what if this could be used to sustain and incentivize results? give teams a level of independence from their sponsors?

How about, teams in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Scenes are able to pitch a simple INDIVIDUAL skin design to riot?
The Skin then would be priced as low as Battlepass. or cheaper.
about 50% of the money raised from such skins would be redirected to the team.
but the catch is that the skins would not be sold in the regular market, but at a "season market"
the skins would ramp up in value as the teams do well in the franchise, since there would be a new desire to support the winning teams, consequently increasing the amount of money teams make.

At the end of each year each team could then submit a new design to sell, just like sports jerseys.
the older designs would then be taken out of the season market, making them even more valuable, and since companies only care about money, this would mean they could then put these older team skins in the Market rotation, and get even more money as time goes on.

I know the counter would be that this is "too much work" for an "indie" company such as RIOT.
but this can be solved by simply NOT producing but inserting. the teams would make a simple png design that could just be "glued" to the weapon model, no fancy model remakes, just a "recoloring", think the velocity skinlinem, the model itself doesnt change, but the weapon color does.

For Tier 3 teams they could get one dimensional gun buddies with their logo on them. the act coin buddy model could be reused as a base!

Riot could then release Championship knife skins for the teams that won their tournaments, the models could be reused, the designs would be team-submited, and both riot and the teams would cash out a large amount.

This in turn would make it appealing for orgs to make teams in an attempt to get that skin money.

Look, i know there are flaws in this plan, and id be happy to hear some constructive criticism, but i think this could work out really well!

how so? it would allow him to do peeks (without shooting) and getting info without being rushed to hell. or for example Haven A heaven, he could jump off and tp as he sees someone bellow. he could still be punished if quick enough but would allow for alot more ways for the tp to be used.

from my point of view it would make defending on pistol rounds and eco's easier, since it would allow for the pistol to be used long range as a marshall, that combined with the psitol slow effect would allow him to be more effective when defending without being an OP crutch

the main point is that you would need to kill the opponent with the pistol in order to get the effect, since a bullet is 150, and it takes 3 bodyshots to kill, you would be paying at minimum 450 for a slow, or 900 for 6 slows (if you are really good), which considering Sage's slows are 200 each and can be thrown whenever, it would balance him out but still give him a reason to be played.

So after the news of the chamber buff (thank you saadhak), i feel like its not enough to truly make him valuable again, so here are some buffs that i believe could make him more playable.

• 1 - Take away the slow effect his sniper and alarm have on allies. for retaking or reacting they bring an unnecessary nerf to allies.
• 2 - steadilly increase the radius of his tp (until the sweet spot)
• 3 - make him able to tp without needing to be grounded, it could allow him to make awesome info plays that would elevate his skill ceiling.
• 4 - add the slow effect after kills to his pistol, but in a way smaller radius. (would reward good aim properly)
• 5 - give his pistol a second zoom

não acho justo falar isso porque o próprio aspas era um ninguém, claro ele tinha promessa e fama de hack, mais é assim com todo garoto mirudo novato. na Slick ele não demonstrou material de franquia ou de campeonato, ele demonstrou a mesma promessa que muleques como leozin, askia, havoc, heat, etc.
É a mentoria que delapida a jóia e mostra a beleza potencial.

Eu não vou contra-argumentar, porque sinceramente tu não tá nem errado nem certo. no final do dia o que mais importa é a sinergia do time, FUR Cauanzin não faria o que o FUR MW faz na furia, mas LOUD MW nunca chegaria aos pés do LOUD cauanzin.
Agora, quem eu tenho que defender é o CTC, porque esse muleque pode ter tido inconsistências, mas olhando a trajetória de carreira dele, e o fato que ele destruiu na GL como sub, me faz ter pena de como o talento dele tá sendo desperdiçado em orgs incompetentes.
Se ele tivesse um saadhak ou até mesmo uma TBK ou TheUnion pra moldar ele...

O Cara foi de Sentinela, pra Iniciador, pra Duelista, pra Controlador, e demonstrou promessa em todas as roles, o cara é um flex natural.
Mas falta a mentoria, a resiliência mental de time internacional. Eu aceitaria até q ele virasse sexto player da LOUD mesmo não jogando, e francamente não acho que ele tá em possibilidade de bater de frente com o Tuyz em questão de sinergia e utilidade.
