Wtf is wrong with riot I can’t believe they would let these garbage players cheat there way to beat g2
In the end they still lost precisely because of the whiff you're talking about. That's exactly my point. One alone couldn't do what you're supposed to be doing with a full squad because arguably his teammates held it back.
It was just a shitty example as I pointed out tho, no need to find a thorough analysis on it.
you're the true ranked demon
valarante child game.... look to cartoon grapfix to make kid player happy like children show.. valarante cartoon world with rainbow unlike counter strike with dark corridorr and raelistic gun.. valarante like playhouse. valarant playor run from csgo fear of dark world and realism
I personally don't think Valorant's maps are any good, except for Breeze which seems genuinely well thought and prepared. Hopefully they'll start delivering more maps just like that. Tho comparing csgo and Valorant at this point is 1head. You can't make a 1 year old game compete against a 20 year old game franchise that had all this time to make as many mistakes as possible just so they would be able to learn from them and fix them. There's a long road ahead for Valorant but so far it's starting to look good, and I'm genuinely glad for that.
Although skins are pretty cool in Valorant IMO they are way overpriced. But people keep buying them so that's business for them.
For the rest of the points you brought up, like the Rank System, Role System, Bans for Toxicity I would definitely agree with you.
Although I feel like you're taking a huge faith leap saying there are literally no hackers, I don't think we'll ever live in a world free of game cheaters. Don't fool yourself.
Anyway I mostly agree with you. I think Val will be a great e-Sport competitor for csgo.
edit: typo
Tenz is also super good but being surrounded by better players makes you less likely to die from angles or positions your teammates expect to cover you from.
The problem surrounding ScreaM is that his teammates are not even close to being as consistent as Sentinels were throughout the entire tournament, which is essentially the reason why Sentinels stood out against all other teams, consistency. We saw ScreaM perform consistently throughout all of his games but Valorant's a game of 5, not 1. Even if you were the very best in the world but surrounded by trash you wouldn't be able to win.
Shitty example but just take a look at Cristiano and Messi in football, arguably the best footballers, whenever they're surrounded by mediocre/bad/inconsistent players they're not able to deliver even if they're playing fine.
Easier said than done, but you would be better off playing with a premade most of the time so you don't get trashed on by some 15 yo kid online just 'cause they haven't unlocked empathy yet.
edit: fixed some typo
he said he already has ion skin on phantom, not the oni phantom...
To be fully honest Riot is just trying to do their part and look good in front of the screen, as this matter is already being investigated by the police I doubt Riot put out som P.I.'s to find out more about the topic. Probably just a "Since this player that competes in our game is being investigated for sexual assault allegations we're gonna ban him until proven wrong."
Although it seems stupid because it takes away the "innocent until proven guilty" imo this is just a bureaucratic move by a company that needs to protect its back and make sure nothing backfires on them.
I'm pretty sure when this is all over, if he's proven innocent either because of lack of proof or because he's really innocent Riot will probably lift the ban on him and allow him to play.
But as I said, gotta look good to the public.
The second one I like, similar to Apex's Mirage.
That would make sense, otherwise we could find some situations where we'd have let's say all duelists/sentinels/etc banned for a single game
Unless of course you had 10 choices for each category
Would it be necessary to take time for picks tho? Like do you imply there would only be 1 agent per game and whatever team picked it first would capitalize on it?
oh so that means he doesnt fit in the narrative of that specific roster, right?
that seems weird, cuz if he was underperforming i'd get the bench, then why?
does this mean tenz is moving to psg confirmed?
reportedly on twitter around 1,25 M
what happened with him tho? i kinda lost track of his career
So do you think we can expect in the future some sort of rework to the competitive scene where teams get to ban certain Agents just like they do with maps and in League?
I'm not too sure about it but I feel like some players would really be left out if this turnt out the new format since many of them are One-Trick Agents.
why do y'all fall for the banter like that? it's just that
well if you rooted for sentinels you just got yourself a team that 9-0d a major tournament, that's pretty nutty
i mean not if don't want to hehe
