smart man , what would be your rankings for the teams at ascension based of their form and play in their own region?

why do 6 teams start with a bye into the upper quarterfinals while rev, sin prisa , FS and OF start in the lower round .

team strength/ region strength doesnt seem to be the factor as sin prisa and FS come from competent regions

people forget that xxif exists
