Flex players (jack of all trades, master of some. They play everything. They're ass, but they play everything. Good ones put up a 1.0 rating and call it a day.)
Controllers (Team whore. Walking disposable util. ppl who play them and put up decent K/Ds are gods in their own right.)
Initiators (second contact. Good engagement util, then wat. Sit on your ass and wait to die. Really good ones take 1 with them. Aimgods take 2.)
Sentinels (one man army on site, but lurks = free kills. players must complete a computational geometry course before employment.)
Duelists (braindead W key high sens imps . really good ones press the S key sometimes. Entire team sets them up. If they dont get 4 first 2 rounds, they must be converted to xhair displacement for the rest of the game. )
Pls keep these in mind before rating your next player.

spending 2 years as head coach of a team and have minimal say in who gets picked up is unheard of, or at least should be. Ik she probably has no say in the amt of ppl that get picked up/quality of players for the most part, as that presently seems to be EG's working policy regarding signings, which is why the bulk of this is directed at EG management, but this team as a whole is kinda disappointing for how long she's been working with them.
It is a coach's job to spot and nurture potential, and so far she's been kinda lacking in that part. Dealt a bad hand from a shit dealer sure, but she's hasn't been that good a player either.
it's really obv that the root of EG's problems are really high up, but Potter and Vorborg(this is their cs team's coach btw) kinda deserve some of the heat they're getting. Kinda.
EDIT: some, potter's is blown out of proportion cause women in the industry get the tenz treatment. Do good = overwhelming/unwarranted praise, Do bad = overwhelming/unwarranted criticism.

it just kinda bothers me that everyone on EG is just sitting on their ass while the org goes to shit lol. EG CS have been a joke since last year. I heard their dota team's doing alright, but that's about it. The two major franchises which they've pumped loads of money into (EG prolly has abt 25 players signed across both tacFPS) are making absolutely no progress. How does one org become such a joke in two different scenes? Like can we not USE OUR EYES to see that signing an entire football team of players is just not working??
Drastic changes have literally never been needed more in an org. Rob Moore dropped someone who by all standards, was making decent progress (prlly more to that but still case-in-point) , EG has stuck with it's battalion of players and staff for a year or two. It's miserable to watch.
This team is not making VCT playoffs, lol. George Geddes is an absolute buffoon and i wouldn't even put him on the same level of "video game journalism" as fucking Jake sucky, but his criticisms of potter have been...valid. She's had two fucking years to cook. That excuse "she's working with t2 talent" would've been valid if they were mid-table (even i parroted this excuse at the start of the league), but they're literally at the bottom.
