People care abt other people's opinions of them, good to see different perspective on shit even if it's by dumbos + most pros are just as degen so their humor is pretty similar to vlr's
most of them are usually created with that in mind. also gc's kinda been a disappointing scene so i rlly can't blame ppl having the opinions they do, unjustified as they are

not really lol. newly formed teams who were all prepared to treat the tourney like an exhibition match beforehand, everyone fresh off the biggest meta change the game had at the time, and no lower bracket for rematch potential so we can't properly grade teams.
Stakes were kinda high getting deep in the tournament, but that's as competitive as it gets. Teams were scrappy and unrefined, and no results from that tourney should be taken as fact. Their placements in the respective leagues kind of presents a weird correlation gotcha moment, but imo they shouldn't be correlated at all
surely we're not equating it to an actual tourney win right? I mean yeah if we're being literal it was prtty important, but in terms of prestige it is a tier below actual intl tournaments. Not even disrespecting the run obv, just calling it how it is.
