no. That's what they get for sacking doombros lmao, If you fucking fire the coach then the whole team system falls apart. Genius move from navi

For sure. He needs to be the guy that helps alecks that will discipline them and shout "STOP FUCKING PEEKING AND PLAY DISCIPLINE" type stuff to them during timeouts

posted 6 months ago

this is one of the worst posts I've ever seen, absolutely disgusting and probably rage baiting

posted 6 months ago

all good G if he was a player ofc he would downgrade the team, but i think he can help a lot as being in the coaching staff

posted 6 months ago

I'm sure he would still fit right into the team because he just has been friends and close with everyone except something. It would probably take a couple of months but I'm sure he can provide value.

posted 6 months ago

brother how would an assistant coach heavily downgrade a team that still has the same coach and the same core 5 players. It should help no? benkai isn't even playing if he assistant coach he would help with the strats and more importantly help alecks with the burden of coaching an insanely stress-inducing team

posted 6 months ago

genuinely man GE could've succeded if they've gotten 2 more cracked indian players (so 3 in total) and put onur as the coach

I still remember GE playing SOLO BRIMSTONE on bind, that was fucking insane

edit: solo viper on bind sorry not brimstone

posted 6 months ago

I love benkai and I loved his funny walkouts in 2022 in PRX. But I'm sorry I just don't see him succeeding anymore in competing in valorant. His last GE game was horrible and I feel sorry and bad for him with all the hate he's getting from GE fans, but I'm wondering, would it be a better opportunity for him to go back to PRX and become an assistant coach for alecks?

I feel like that would benefit him a lot. I know he wants to compete more, and if he doesn't succeed in 2024 and 2025, he might just have to retire and become an assistant coach.

I still think he's a SOLID player at best, but pacific's level is going up and he'll unfortunately be left behind.

brother forsaken played fade in ascent in 2023 and he sova as well in 2021, even fnatic in 2021 scouted him for his sova.
he can play everything bro

posted 6 months ago

i'd replace stax with forsaken tbh

posted 6 months ago

I agree, Both karon and mako have some insane fragging clips and mako has the better legacy but currently karon has the better team.

I don't want to seem like I have recency bias but karon has been SO GOOD individually and smart. Same with mako but karon has more matches to shine and perform.

IMO currently it would be:

Individually: Karon > Mako (but a TINY MARGIN, theyr'e still both very close)
Experience: Mako > Karon.

But mako's individual performance will definitely fall off with his IGLing, but i hope drx can win a trophy because mako damn deserves atleast 1.

posted 6 months ago

I would also like to add that mako has better legacy but karon will overtake him if he wins another trophy + performs like this for the next 2 years

posted 6 months ago

MaKo Pancada and marved were the best controllers during 2022 but then MaKo continued his consistency in 2023, but his best placements are 3rd at champs and lock//in, and other tournaments he just placed 5th/6th so he had no trophies.

But all of a sudden a ranked demon in Karon appeared out of nowhere and got 2nd place at madrid and won shanghai and has more titles than MaKo lmao.

is Karon currently the best controller in the world? IMO yes

posted 6 months ago

great take, I've been saying that if flor deserves to be in tier1 then she needs to play more like the tier1 duelists and be more consistent rather than doing too many flashy plays

posted 6 months ago

fr bro twitter people are so RETARDED MAN
let her compete against t2 challenger teams first bro like okay she dropped 94 kills in a bo3 but THATS AGAINST GC TEAMS that are wayy below even tier3 teams.

If she can drop the same numbers against m80 oxg mxs then she deserves to be in tier 1 but people on twitter are so fucking braindead and glazing her competing against GC teams

honestly the only fix is him learning killjoy on jett maps, that's it, and maybe even 1 more initiator agent

posted 6 months ago

even if he had regular school exams he as a STUDENT should still finish his exams and not let valorant disturb his whole education. He even does his homework and studies in between breaks in scrims with the team.

you are so stupid its insane. Even if he had regular exams then would you still blame him? blame him for finishing his fucking education?

agree to the point where you said that tenz is the worst player on the sen team.

that's WILD bro Imo he's 3rd along, with zekken 1st, johnqt 2nd, zellsis and sacy in 4th and 5th

posted 6 months ago

I know something gets a lot of hate but 2023 something + when he ACTUALLY plays disciplined is one of the best players in the server.

posted 6 months ago

bro thinks a fucking valorant trophy is more important in life than a fucking finished education + a greater chance at a stable job + a better future.

absolute retarded take, get off the fucking site with those dumb statements.

posted 6 months ago

bro its a national exam level + schools may work differently in lithuania and they might be more strict. You americans need to stop being ignorant ffs. Schools and a NATIONAL LEVEL EXAM are more important than his valorant career because if he finishes high school he atleast has a safety net and a highschool degree to fall back on if his esports career doesn't work out.

Respect for him to finish his exams. Education is way more important if you're younger.

You are SO STUPID ITS INSANE BRO the whole comments are cooking you. Dumb idiot.

"It doesn't make sense" it makes sense for us normal people and even the top pros to FINISH EDUCATION instead of having to restart the year. If you were to be a top football player and get accepted into real madrid at 17 and not finish school then that's a whole different story because valorant esports is not as big as more popular sports.

When he's 30+ years old with some valorant trophies then what the hell is gonna do without a highschool degree? stream? we don't know if that's what he fuckin wants? What if he has a passion for engineering or some other job? he needs to finish his exams and graduate from high school to fucking do that.

absolute dogwater take. get the hell out of here.

posted 6 months ago

you have such shitty recency bias bro 1 bad game doesn't take away the fact that he's places 2nd in tokyo, WON CHAMPIONS, won americas and qualified and went top 4 with 100t who hasn't been in any LANS since lock in

shut the fuck up with your recency bias bro. Boostio literally aced vs loud with LESS and ASPAS, and aced vs 2023 prx.

such a shitty take. I clowned on him as well but he's obviously respected as an IGL

posted 6 months ago

yeah they obviously had a underwhelming split 1 ((losing to rrq drx and prx) but they suddenly went crazy in the playoffs and that continued to shangai

posted 6 months ago

no americas was not the best region in 2021, it was emea by a landslide.

Masters Reykyavik SEN did dominate but fnatic got top 2,, nuturn top 3, and liquid top 4

in masters berlin Gambit smoked and destroyed everyone, 13--0'd the EU G2 team, and 3-0'd envy in the final

In champions berlin the only "americas" team in the top was Kru, and they did put a good fight against gambit but still lost.

There were 3 emea teams in the top 4 of champs berlin, and acend won it. But overall gambit was the best team for sure

posted 6 months ago

i just feel like g2 overperformed a lot and they look like a 7th-8th team rather than a top 3 team. Heretics gifted that ascent map by going B against an odin for 8 bloody rounds and prx is prx, they tossed a lot on bind and stupidly lost on lotus

In hindsight, I actually think current prx would've still lost to heretics, but atleast take a map and not get 2-0'd or 3-0'd

100T is strong but if they need to work on sunset and other maps if they really want to contest being top 3 in the world

The only team in the world right now with a jack-of-all trade map pools is GENG (they're not amazing at all maps, but not piss poor at all maps too)

I can see your argument but breach is just so much better in terms of team value than phoenix. Breach can support the team long range, setup more trap plays, His stun is INFINITELY better than phoenix's wall. His flash is better than phoenix because he can aim it through most walls which makes him be in a safer position and also more flexible on where he can flash.

and all of his util goes through walls, which help so much during executes, retakes.

also his aftershock can clear corners that are farther away, while phoenix can as well but maybe a bit harder to lineup the molly

posted 6 months ago

they definitely need more sentinels in 2 or 3 more maps but yeah that can be beneficial, forsaken and davai can play sentinel

posted 6 months ago

definitely, neon will be meta in split 2 and champs

posted 6 months ago

yes, 100%, you can see how prx struggle on non raze maps (pearl is an exception)

Jingg just needs to learn killjoy and we gucci

posted 6 months ago

It depends if they want to run the skye on haven. They're definitely not running the reyna on haven because it is weak (depends on new patch actually, reyna is slightly stronger now)

But I would probably have them go something on jett, mindfreak omen, Jinggg on KJ, sova on davai and forsaken on breach
Who knows actually, maybe neon will become meta on haven.

posted 6 months ago

I know I made a disappointment thread on PRX but I still love them and want to support them, maybe alecks or someone there reads this thread, but hopefully this can help
Even with the failure of shanghai, there is no way I'm making changes to this team or dropping someone, I just want them to add an extra man to help alecks, an analyst or assistant coach
These comp change suggestions i made are before the duelist patch so some raze maps can definitely be changed to neon (and forsaken/jingg can definitely play neon)

Keep in mind that these comp changes are possible if jinggg can flex more and learn 1 or 2 more agents and play them on non raze maps, and prx will definitely have to sacrfice and tune down some aggression

  1. Lotus: Something on breach, Forsaken on KJ/Cypher, Jinggg solo entry, davai on skye, mindfreak omen. They will probably sacrifice SOME opping but if something can op on gekko, then he can definitely op on breach. Their lotus on defence is weak (exposed by G2 and GENG) where when they aggro push one part of the map, B usually has zero players and is empty asf, so cypher or kj can definitely help, and kj's ult can make the difference and secure you rounds.

Lotus-> KJ/Cypher - Raze - Skye - Breach - Omen

  1. Icebox: Honestly you can keep the same comp BUT PLEASE HAVE JINGGG flex more and learn sova(?) OR you can have jingg learn killjoy, something on jett, mf on viper, forsaken and davai can be the sova/kayo, and jingg can go killjoy. (THERE IS NO WAY prx are playing icebox without a kj) or maybe jingg can learn sova, or atleast an initiator agent and have davai on kj

OR another suggestion is jinggg can go jett instead (which is kinda weird to look at but he played jett before he went to prx) and have something on gekko (comp would be gekko jett viper sova kj) Because let's be real, kayo initiator only in icebox is weak, on attack you barely get any info, and on defense, you would need to peek or jiggle peek to gain info which is riskier

Icebox-> Jett Kayo Sova Viper KJ or Jett Gekko Kayo/Sova Viper KJ

  1. Split: I don't have any problems with their split comp and it is the same as geng's split. Both of these team's split comps have worked for them, but a suggestion is maybe something can ditch the jett and go gekko, but other than that, no problem.

  2. Bind: Now PRX's bind has been absolutely weak and honestly it may be due to the harbor. Forsaken's harbor is very good and creative but teams have caught up on how he plays it and harbor's stopping power is just isn't enough. PRX can definitely benefit more on forsaken flexing to viper and other than that keep the rest as it is.

the reyna comp actually has a good winrate and prx has beaten EG in champs, drx in pacific 2023, and edg in shanghai with it so it all comes down to how something is playing

Bind-> Raze, Gekko/Reyna, Skye, Viper, Brimstone

  1. Ascent: I honestly like PRX's old harbor viper reyna raze skye comp last year but skye has been nerfed which means less info can be gathered. PRX tried to run the usual ascent comp but with jingg on sage, and it looked pretty weak. The only change i have would be again, switch jingg to kj and it will benefit them a lot, covers more holes in defense, and better ult.

Ascent: Jett, Kayo. Sova, Omen, KJ

  1. Sunset: PRX's sunset is one of their best maps and their current comp with the sage is very good, but i want davai to switch to cypher, because with his sage, I notice more holes in the defense and mid becomes empty after they aggro push in one part of the map.

Sunset: Raze, Gekko, Omen, Cypher, Breach/Kayo

  1. Breeze: fuck breeze

Again this is my suggestion and I'm probably not qualified to suggest these comps (hardstuck diamond 3) but i watched so many prx games and watch a lot of analysis and vods of other pro teams, so there's that. These changes make prx definitely less aggresive (But they can 100% pull it off). The only problem is their defense which has a lot of holes and void of info that a sentinel like kj and cypher can fix that problem. This would mean 3 players on prx have to flex on info sentinel which should be no problem. If Jinggg can frag on Sage, he can definitely frag on Killjoy.

i already responded to the other comment that liquipedia has him as british/latvian but bro grew up in liverpool. His scouse accent stands out fr

posted 6 months ago

no, I'm gonna keep torturing you

posted 6 months ago

Liquipedia has him officially listed as British/Latvian. He is Latvian by blood but grew up in Liverpool so I'd probably say he's more british than latvian but I don't know his latvian side. I mean he talks like a scouse a lot.

This mixed nationality also applies to some players such as nismo (lebanese/canadian) or zekken/cryo (fiipino-american) but where do we draw the line?

You can also say that Marved and TenZ are vietnamese by ethnicity but born and raised in canada.
Sayf is iraqi and was born in iraq but grew up in Sweden.
FNS is tanzanian but grew up in canada

Demon1 is russian but grew up in the US
You could also say som is korean but he grew up in the US

so I'm just going off of loose terms here.

posted 6 months ago

yeah korea can be in the top 2 as well tbf

When someone genuinely has good critcism they write off as "We don't do any vlr level takes here" or "oh no not the vlr.gg takes"
