b3ta is their IGL, I don't know who would be able to take his place. He's good. I genuinely think this team doesn't need to change anything other than maintain consistency of all players. I feel like kongared is the most inconsistent

If MiTH has a million fans, then I am one of them. If MiTH has thirteen fans, then I am one of them. If MiTH has only one fan then that is me. If MiTH has no fans, then that means I am no longer on earth. If India is against MiTH, then I am against India.

2:0 pack your bags, you're boutta get Kadoom'd

Maybe Deryeon is a better oper but I think Kadoom is better 100%. No bias here clearly.

Reformed org, PogU?

Like, who do they expect people to sign? Import yay from NA, like what? Clearly, Secret is looking to build a PH based superteam. I think Secret was solid and Witz and dispenser were definitely the areas that needed to be improved on. I think this is a solid PH team tbf and will definitely do damage in the APAC circuit and lenne is a solid player.

and then the get offered a spot in franchising and start lowballing players' salaries and keep a bunch of their original, unproven players.

sScary is proficient, the other two speak basic English I'm pretty sure (Enough to comm in comp val etc. and usually understanding is better than speaking for Thai people). Crws of course is very proficient and Surf is level 1 at English (and Thai tbf) lmfao.

If I had to rank by English proficiency I would guess:

Crws > sScary > Sushiboys > Foxz > Surf

Not sure about Sushiboys though, but either he's above or below foxz.

Probably the core of XERXIA -sScary, foxz and Sushiboys. Crws was rumoured to have retired but he said personally on his twitter that he was open to franchise offers so idk. Surf is still looking to continue his studies afaik.

Prayge Talon Esports, please be the honorary Thai esports org that I dream of - Hoping to see the XERXIA core remain with some new inevitable additions (Hopefully Crws, Surf and possibly Foxz don't retire, but I think the former two are pretty likely to at this point, especially with this news).

I second this. XERXIA is a new esports org/brand (lack of branding as a result) with a "relatively" small budget and support team compared to some of the other teams here (I know riot will be providing funds and as such this might not be as relevant as it would normally but admittedly, XERXIA has a lot of fans purely because of the players, not the org, and I'm sure there would be support no matter what org the players will play under).

What I do like about XERXIA (Aside from their logo and jersey, I heckin love pink btw so they deserve a slot for that solely), is they 'appear' to have a more international mindset and vision that could hopefully mean for an incentive and higher likelihood of shifting operations to S.Korea but again, the inexperience shows in their marketing team and social media - It all looks a little too unpolished for my liking and that sort of move seems too unlikely and turbulent.

I think what people are forgetting is that the ASIAN league is headquartered in Seoul, S.Korea and is where the matches will be played. It is simply easier and more convenient logistically to use orgs already established in Korea with proper facilities and bootcamps (Not to mention connections that may involve legal rights, visas etc. that all require knowledge from locals).

What I can envision, is a merging of orgs (Likely a Thai org like XERXIA and a S.Korean org). Perhaps, one of the lesser known Korean teams would prefer to capitalise on the Thai market and valorant fans, and choose to shift their focus towards that. This way, although they may not receive the full benefits due to the effect of the merging, they can tap in on a completely different market to the Korean one.

Again, everything in this post is leaks and speculations, so don't draw your conclusions yet people! Plenty can still change in the coming months.
