As a Thai, I want to agree and I feel like it's really not hard to make a competitive Thai roster with the amount of talent we have. I think the main thing is just the coaching staff is a little lacking but the mechanics will always be there. However, if TALON does perform this season then ultimately it was a good decision for the org but of course terrible for the Thai fanbase. VALORANT looks like another FPS where Thailand can be competitive just like we have been in RB6, APEX, PUBG among a few others so I would love to have a Thai team to rep. Thailand has always historically been the FPS powerhouse in Southeast Asia but in Valorant it looks like Indonesia is just too damn good.

Governor has the SEA aggression which Yay does not so he slots in very well + existing synergy with Ban and the fact that he can finally play 2nd duelist on this team. Lenne is a hardworker and I wish all the best for him and truly hope he succeeds as an IGL.

I would've liked this to be a Thai majority team but if this can ultimately lead to an internationally competitive roster then so be it. However, if TALON starts underperforming, then the Thai fans have valid reason to be mad at the Thai representative. Regardless, I truly hope FULL SENSE or MiTH can make a miracle run at Pacific Ascension so we can have a proper Thai org in T1. TALON is still an international org and business at heart so they don't really have the incentive to rep the Thai banner.

Is he mid? Or was the team just mid/bad overall. Individuals can easily shine when put into a different environment and roster.

Don't speak about my GOAT Patiphan. Bro went to OW, won a tournament and dipped, played a season of Val and imploded my team and then dipped.

Jokes aside, I think Patiphan genuinely looked decent on the flex role but the team itself looked disjointed. Whether it is due to him coming in or not, we won't know but if the team just limited him to a few agents and didn't try to switch up mid-season, then TALON could've looked decent. I know he has been struggling a bit with his mental health (and physical health in regards to his wrist) for a while so I think the decision to just sit back a bit is great.

Had me thinking it was LEGIJA for a second. Still, definitely not racist, he would say the same thing about any T2 team from a minor region.

This is a coaching/strat issue more than anything. Yay needs to play with confidence and he can't do that when he's playing roles he's uncomfortable on (of course, I still don't understand the Yay pickup since his hero pool literally aligns with Deryeon's Jett/Chamber speciality). BLEED aren't bad players but this team is not gel-ing the way it should and everyone looks lost and uncomfortable besides perhaps Egoist since he's on sentinel duty.

I still have faith in Crazyguy's IGLing but their gameplan still looks pretty basic and disoriented. I think they have solid mid-rounding too.

Yay - Duelist only ~ if he still can't perform with good supporting util then that's just a player issue at this point (Besides, how bad can his Raze be).
sScary - Controller ~ sScary is known for his lurking playstyle, have him on viper/omen lurk literally makes the most sense
Egoist - Sentinel ~ this dude is solid through and through and he'll only grow with more T1 experience.
Crazyguy ~ IGL/Recon ~ this dude is cracked mechanically but I think today was an off-day and the team looked pretty bad so I can understand how tough it is to still perform while IGLing a losing game.
Deryeon - Flex ~ The guy can flex to controller/initiator as well as 2nd duelist if they need.

It's like, this roster is mechanically cracked but there is just no cohesion or creativity in their strategy. They scrape by with heroics half of the time.

Perhaps biased, but how about you sign garnetS since he's a FA. He can play every duelist under the sun and he has the raw aggression that BLEED seems to want but they aren't able to execute. He also speaks very passable English, more than enough to communicate on an international team. I think BLEED should spend the bag in getting a very good coach and let LEGIJA be AC or just try something different.

Thai fans are petty (me included) for dropping the Thai roster for an international team but their Afreeca TV performance was literally with less than a week of practice. You can still see some traces of shaky comms but overall TLN's trading really impressed me here. Lenne's IGLing and reads have also impressed me and I can see how dedicated he is to this role + I'm happy Crws can finally sit back and play the game without worrying about calling (albeit this game was not really great for him stats-wise).

Ban finally getting to play duelist again and KAYO which is practically a duelist. Governor showing us why he's a ranked demon (we'll see how he performs against opponents that actually shoot back) but as long as he stays confident we'll be chill since his duelist hero pool is also very diverse. Jitboys and Crws ~ what can I say say, they're both such solid players with Jitboys having insane mechanics and Crws having that giga-brain. Last but not least, as long as Lenne can keep calling well and stay calm whilst pulling his own weight then this team looks solid.

I want AAA to do well, they have players I really like.

Just a fun little tournament with BO1's, hard to gauge the performances of either team but excited to see BLEED in Franchise for sure. Multinational teams are always fun to see and root for and happy to see that while PRX only has one MY player, BLEED comes in as an SG org with 2 SG players.

If y'all wanna check out, the new TALON roster will be playing against FULL SENSE on the 24th (The best Thai team atm this off-season with former TALON members foxz and sushiboys). NGL, I like the players on existing players on TALON but I kinda need them to lose to prove a point. Sorry not sorry.

I've had my eye on this kid since he was in Sharper Esports which was a pretty mid-level team in the Thai T2 scene but this dude was always impressing me. Glad he got bought out to play for FS and is finally getting the exposure he deserves. The kid has good mechanics as well as constantly making smart decisions with good supporting util. I definitely think this kid is a bright spot for the Thai scene ~ perhaps sScary v.2.0

Also, I think the man can still frag, so I wouldn't be opposed to having him on the starting roster if he finds his form again.

Pretty solid roster to be honest. Solid experience and solid players, think they could do alot of damage.

Take a long break and then watch some hype esports, unfortunately it's the off-season but maybe go watch back some hype champions matches. I do this with most games and because I usually only have time to play on the weekend. Though I do admit, I can't play more than 1 game solo queue but when I 5 stack, it makes it way more fun.

sScary mentioned/leaked they would be going to India soon. So whatever LAN event is going on in India is my guess.

Unfortunately there is no English stream but if you want to keep the stream open on an alternate tab and watch both the TEN event and this one. The event is offline though it is taking place inside a mall not an arena so temper your expectations.

It's yay that has to prove himself not his teammates. Yay had a disastrous performance in T2 and was kicked from Franchise. His teammates are on the rise (not to mention an already established teammate in sScary who is absolutely a T1 player) while he has been on a downwards trend since leaving Optic. There are so many cracked duelists in APAC to pick and choose from it's ridiculous but they went with Yay for obvious marketing reasons and I will not dispute that he is a solid player but he needs to prove himself at the highest level again on a team with unfamiliar English accents (i.e. Singlish and people who have English as a 2nd language).

Coaches spend the most hours outside the game and scrimetime finding strategies, comps, lineups (I have no doubt that Alecks takes this to the extreme considering how many cool strats PRX cooks up at times). Alecks used to be a pro CSGO player albeit in Asia, but I highly doubt he wouldn't not be able to reach at least immortal if he truly put in the time to grind ranked.

I think they will get an NA or EU import (I don't think they need to). With Jingg gone, I think we need some Singaporean representation since they have 2 MY/SG teams but no SG players as of this moment. However, personally I hope they'll sign a Thai player since I wanna see sScary with another Thai player like perhaps Kadoom (though I think he is still contracted to MiTH) but the main issue being English proficiency of Thai players.

If they were to pick a Thai talent to replace nephh, I would have to go with Apinya. He's young but he IGLs for FS and can absolutely flex onto anything including controller/initiators and duelist probably. (Kongared maybe a shout but I think MiTH will be sticking together for another year I hope)

If JUICY doesn't play, the obvious choice is Kadoom (insane duelist and not a one trick) and then a 2nd choice duelist would honestly be Surf or a surprise pick of Changee ~ even though he didn't qualify for even the playoffs in Thai VCL, I think this kid is absolutely cracked and I want to see him on a big team.

Of course, English will always be an issue with Thai players but most have a basic understanding at conversational level that will only improve with time.
