demon1 can play jett, more than I can say about asuna
to be fair when he said that, he was the best itw
demon1 isnt playing iso 24/7???? I dont even think the guy has played iso in vct before
demon1 performs very similarly if he plays on jett vs other duelist roles so obviously he can play any duelist he just isnt doing well on duelists all together atm
demon1 has tried to play other agents and so far if u put his jett against his other agents they would be very similar in performance, this does not suggest thats its an issue of adaption but a collection of issues that could revolve around fitting into his teams system, playstyle, team chemistry, and confidence.
You can look at other examples like sacy in 2022 was amazing on sova and in 2021 in a sova heavy meta and then in 2023 in another sova meta he played awfully even tho he was still playing sova, the reason he was doing bad wasnt his ability to adapt to new agents but bc of the reasons listed above like confidence and team structure.
in 2023 every team had a jett abuser so calling specifically demon1 a jett abuser is just incorrect. In 2024 and so far this year he has not played many jett games at all and so there is way u can know that the reason why demon1 isnt doing is because he isnt playing much jett as when he plays jett on jett maps he still performs mediocre.
Also there is no way u can know that demon1 makes his teammates uncomfortable, looking at the player cams it suggests the opposite.
I wouldnt say it sucks as its nice to see new players and new teams do well and I woiuld say the reason there are no legacies is because the meta changes all the time and the game is new so new strats and ways to play the game are still being refined and developed.
wasnt just one tournament but the whole year he was insane every tournament in 2023 demon1 was the best player on EG and remember he placed 1st champs 2nd tokyo and 3rd reg season
bro what? both duelists in this game can play multiple duelist agents?
agent pool is def not the reason why demon1 is failing atm
reread ur post
lev are goated, they would destroy talon easily
bbl run ends here
bro my flair got taken away wtf
it says I got JFT flair on nahh
just changed, u happy now bud
thread unlocked lets go
this message only applies to henbaby aand bronzil enjoyer
its been 1 game just wait until kickoff is over to make important judgements on teams
exposed, u gotta back into hiding now
100t is still ghosting m4, very disappointing
he should try out for an analyst role on vitality im sure they would appreciate his skills a lot more
what reasoning do you need for these people 😭
I would think the opposite. Who would spend many many hours writing a 100 page report just for it to be used for a bait that might have picked up 0 attention
if u made it then send the spreadsheet link but if u took it from somewhere just send us the original source link.
I assume the original image doesnt look this small so you could also just put it in a google doc or something.
There are so many otherways of showing us this spreadsheet.
can u make it smaller and harder to read please
primordium, prelude and rgx
one of these could be replaced with gaia as well
im being deadass. only went back to normal once the game ended
i mean statistically its quite the opposite but u do u
g2 vs lev
g2 wins
0/8. dropping cryo makes no sense
I mean 100t were pretty good last year, they were bad at the start but they won americas stage 1 and came 4 at masters. Yes they lost to sen and didnt make it to champions but being the best americas team for a third of the season and probably overall the 3rd-4th best americas team for that year is not a "shitty" performance.
nah they gonna drop him, trust. Its clown9
they'll drop zander and boostio and get rossy and a good senti like neT.
"It won't kill the scene, because the scene will die by old age lol. Assuming what you said is true ( future talents harder to come by), the scene will be stale, while other games offers something new everyday. Thus, slowly or quickly Valorant will lose their playerbase to competitors"
I still feel like it will be fresh since there will still be pretty but the same amount of new talent coming in and out of tier 1 with or without a tier 2 ecosystem. This is mainly just due to the older players retiring so obviously newer players will need to take their place. My point is more so that the skill of new tier 1 players wont be higher than if there was a tier 2 ecosystem
I agree with your last 2 points tho. I recon there will be like 3-4 orgs for each region that would pay full time salaries, especially bc of the new relegation rules. There will prob be 2 new teams each season for each region until 2028 or whatever where the org amount reaches the limit at 14-16 each region or however many it was. This is a decent incentive for orgs to invest as if they get a 30%-40% chance for ascending with a salaried roster then I would imagine a fair few orgs would take this opportunity.
I would like to point out that in the 2024 bracket all the group stage games were practically done all in a week whereas this year we have had 0 elimination games so far.
I feel like if we compare the elim games then it will be much closer. Americas wont be as big as last year even with more core vct viewers, simply bc of the sen and loud run last year.
any justification for this claim? I highly doubt vct will shut down in the next 5-6 years if the tier 2 ecosystem isnt supported.
Imagine valorant without tier 2. Players will just be picked up from ranked, premier or pug teams. Barely anybody even watches tier 2 so its not like people actually care the gameplay in tier 2, people just care that highly skilled players can hone their skills in tier 2, we can see many new highly skilled players with tier 2 salaries as they can then afford to spend lots of time on valorant and compete with tier 1 players, etc...
So valorant without tier 2 will still feel like the same game for 90% of viewers, the only real difference being that future talent may be harder to come by. This however is not enough to kill an entire esports scene.
wdym exactly? there was never any intention for pacific to be on today.
Not sure if this is what u mean, yes there is a 4 day break between the first half and the second half of emea, and pacific. Its annoying for the viewer but teams need time to prepare and it would be unfair if a team played a match then only had a day or 2 for the next and then lost and then they are out for around 2 months. In regular season teams get 1 week of preparation for each match and its pretty much the same for kickoff here.
Mako sends his regards
15 dollars is crazy even when u take into account the indian sweatshops
there are no pacific matches today?
