Idk, Kay/O's main ability (the knife) is most effective against sentinel characters. Using it on Icebox doesn't seem like it would have as much impact as it would have on split and ascent (smaller and tighter maps).

EU getting 4 slots has nothing to do with competition being higher though. There are different qualifiers for EU with CIS and stuff which is why they get more slots. If it was based off of skill, I don't think anyone would really contest that NA is the strongest region.

The problem with people mentioning the C9 major winning team is that, the team fell apart soon after the major due to chemistry reasons IIRC. So having the old lineup again wouldn't do much good probably.

I don't understand why people want to keep subroza on the team for competitive purposes (streaming is a different issue). Subroza tries to play "hero" and sacrifices rounds because of his mentality. He's a great skye and lurker, but sometimes he's desperate for kills.

A lot of CS skins are investments which make them more valuable in the end and more desirable. Valorant skins are definitely better just for what they offer, but they have less value because there isn't an actual market where you can sell the skins for varying price points. Granted, Valorant isn't marketed towards that and they probably wouldn't want to lose out on potential sponsers.
