Riot should have taken action sooner, but there logic behind the round conversions were justified imo.

Anyways, I don't think you understand how detrimental eco damage can be. Acend lost several potentially winnable rounds, whether it be 3 or 4. Either way, if Acend had won those potentially winnable rounds, there could have been up to 2 rounds where VK would have been forced into eco save and Acend would have had full rifle rounds.

Possibly, or maybe even hand the win outright to Acend for VK's exploit.

Still, assuming that you're correct, 3 potentially lost rounds (and if I really want to argue this, crucial information gathered which can lead to more precious picks on Acend players making them lose weapons and have worse eco regardless of if they won the round or not) is enough to justify flipping more than one round in favor of Acend on top of the flipped round losses.

Acend won 2 of those rounds and lost 4. Thus the 13-8 to 12-9 switch plus the round for economic damage for potentially 4 lost rounds.

the other 2 rounds were sort of related since the cam exploit was being used then too. It's just that Acend won those rounds and there was nothing to be flipped in favor of them. If VK had won those, those rounds would also theoretically have been flipped in favor of Acend.

Flipping those 4 lost rounds changes the score from 13-8 in favor of VK to 12-9 in favor of Acend as written in the article.

And yes, ofc they are trying to make one team reach 13 to determine a winner, thus where the economic impact of 4 potentially lost rounds comes to play.

Again, Riot should have handled it sooner, but there justification for how they flipped the score seems reasonable to me.

Riot definitely waited too long and handled the situation poorly.

Still, their argument in their logic behind reverting those specific rounds, such as accounting for the economic impact of six rounds and the cam giving crucial information even if Acend attacked B site are fair arguments for me.

Jokes aside, the League scene is incomparably larger in Korea than its FPS scene. Every Korean FPS talent poached to another region is substantially more influential and has the ability to change the FPS scene way more than each Korean League talent being poached to another region will change the Korean League scene.
