Like I said, only in very specific situations is it possible, for example if you achieve national prestige for the nation such as Dutch football coach Hiddink who took Korea to a 4th place world cup finish. I went to the Korean embassy recently as I went to Korea over this summer and the embassy literally debunked what is said in that link.
