Western Europe has a population of almost 200 million. Not only do sources (like the one archetype linked below) show EUW has a much larger playerbase, common sense can be used to draw reasonable conclusions.

Basically, try to shift your entire sleep schedule. Instead of going to sleep at 4am and sleeping 7 hours and waking up at 11, force yourself to wake up sooner at like 6am or smth, that's the key here.
