"and of course aspas is mile aboves him" well at least you are aware. He really is very good thou
Mind you if i asked who is the starplayer off NRG?
i just think they should be treated equally, thats the whole point of what im trying to say
the 2 best players from t2 NA vs the 2 best players from t2 BR, but people are acting like Mada and Verno are just clearly better and more proven (even thou BR won Ascension against an NA team)
3 offseason games is not enough
i dont think MIBR deserves n1 rating, but you people have very obvious double standards.
NRG plays one good game in the entire season and you managed to tunnel vision your whole argument on it and completely ignore the shit show that was literally everything else after.
Using "what we've seen from NRG in 2024" will hurt your argument if anything.
i find so funny how NRG literally never won anything ever, even with better rosters than this one on paper, but people keep rating then as top contenders for some reason. There are zero arguments for NRG > MIBR at the moment but somehow the likes of platchat think that NRG are more "proven" and "solid" and shit like that (both have two t2 players)
Victor i agree. Crashies definitely had a really tough year thou.
If we are talking fully BR rosters i agree and its not even close
that would mean they would do just as good in 2025 as like KRU did in 2024, which would slightly disappoint me tbh
Aspas + 4 of his plushies would be enough
MIBR is about to announce Aspas. Xenom and Cortezia were probably the first and second best t2 players from BR or at least close to it. Nzr is just very good and Artzin, despite huge role-swaps and the whole team being a mess, was still the best player from MIBR this year, clearly. Also lets not forget Frod, one of the best coaches ITW.
Potential-wise, the sky is the limit for this team. If they are able to play to their best, very few others will be as good as them. Its been a while a team got me this hyped!
Ta valendo o que?
sorry only noticed your reply now. But yeah, i never understood people pretending the map veto is a huge advantage
Yes, thats precisely my reason for hating the system. Choosing maps is NOT a bigger advantage than getting to lose once. You are effectively PUNISHING your best team by taking away the extra life everyone else got to have.
I hate double-elim and i dont care what anyone says about "fairness" or whatever i couldnt care less. There's a LOT of ways to make things more fair without giving everyone an extra life in playoffs therefore making upper bracket matches completely stakesless. Double-elim defenders love to talk about "fairness" when their format FUCKS the >>BEST PERFORMING TEAM OF THE TOURNAMENT<< by NOT GIVING IT THE EXTRA LIFE ADVANTAGE YOU GAVE TO LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE. Single-elim is the superior format.
My advice is to never lend money actually expecting to receive it back. I know it sounds stupid but if you have in mind all the time that you will not get your money back, you will lend less often and when you do lend you wont be disappointed when they dont refund you. Not only that but it will be a pleasant surprise when they actually pay you
They can play double controller with Tuyz on Harbor and Pancada on Omen/Astra, especially because Icebox is leaving
V1nny can be the sentinel in this scenario he has already done it before
Other maps can have double initiator and Tuyz on senti
Cortezia is not touching Pancada's toenails
Xenom and Tuyz is a good one thou
lets see
i agree harbor is mad underrated but the strongest agent in the game right now is called Omen and it just so happens that a top 2 Omen player of all time is on my team so i think we should make good use of him thats all
harbor is quite literally the least played agent on the controller role right now so i dont think thats an issue...
Pancada also played Sentinel on Sentinels in 2023 already and... it wasnt pretty
He was also very clearly the best player from LOUD ever since he returned and thats not even debatable
If you think Tuyz is a better controller than Pancada i dont think thats absurd to say but Tuyz himself already said he learned how to play the role by imitating Pancada so there's NO chance that the difference is big enough to justify the role swapping
you said xenom is a lot better than Lzz, i replied saying that this is not true as Lzz is also very good and has proven it in higher levels of play. What am i distorting? When did i say anything about MIBR being shit? chill dude
Go outside for 10minutes and breath some air off this forum please its starting to affect your mind
Respect lzz? He was the best player for 2G in playoffs and completely outperformed Zander in both playoff games they played
Informação: O Aspas fez parte dos dois times campeões do américas até hoje e foi o MVP do ano nos dois
MIBR está cozinhando.
jett was his worst agent this year btw
the funny thing is that i actually agree with you on the smoggy and chichoo take. However, smoggy was by far the best player of champs group stage and chichoo was undeniably the best performing smokes player of the whole event, its no surprise they won the damn thing. So like, even though i still dont think that those 2 are better than the ones you mentioned, i just have to accept reality and say that yes, they are definitely in better form for 2025 (and they have more succesfull carees already if that means anything)
same thing goes for woot and benjy
Duelist: aspas, kangkang, zekken, t3xture, derke
Initiator: leo, cauanzin, trexx, narrate, riens
Flex: forsaken, woot, mazino, chronicle, meteor
Sentinel: LESS, alfajer, chichoo, benjy, shy
Controller: smoggy/chichoo, valyn, kiNgg, tuyz, karon
this is coming into 2025 btw, all time would be a lot different
the ones i personally hate the most are
Lotus A long (pov you are an attacker and your team called "A rush" so the round will be over in 5 seconds)
Sunset garage (i mean yeah)
Icebox mid (like???????????????)
Breeze as a whole
people mostly picking Lotus over Haven is surprising me ngl
Pick and one and delete the other from the game:
AGENTS
Jett x Raze
Neon x Iso
Cypher x Killjoy
SKINS
Prelude to Chaos x Kuronami
Gaia x Prime
Recon x Nocturnum
MAPS
Lotus x Haven
Ascent x Sunset
Breeze x Icebox
Pancada is the only one you could make a case for and even him is definitely not dropping below 5
the other 4 are not debatable, at least not to me, you can try to convince me otherwise if you want
we are talking about peaks. Sure Optic was more consistent but when it mattered most they lost twice in a roll
all the 5 players in peak loud are top 3 off all time in their roles pretty much undeniably, which is just not the case with Optic.
Optic is also one of the best teams of all time so like how's this a demerit
not to mention Loud still won when it mattered most
baldurs gate i will play eventually but i have to wait for it to get cheaper since here in brasil videogames are absurdly expensive so i cant just go and spend like 20% of my salary in a single game LOL
kingdom come wasnt on my radar but after a quick search i have to say im very much interested
absolute banger as well. Im personally not fond of roguelikes but Slay the Spire was a pleasant surprise (even thou im not sure if it classifies as one but whatever)
how tf is that even a thing LOL actually i can see it happening because her concoctions are pretty fucking op. I guess its just that she has concoction ingredients that can give boost points? holy shit wait thats broken i havent found those yet
bro i tried a pokemon fire red nuzlocke once and i got TPK'ed on my way to the elite 4 by the rival because i forgot there was a battle with him there and went with my pokemons unhealed LOL i never touched the game again. Its one of my all time favorites thou, finished it multiple times
Castti is goated bro i got lucky and chose her as my main protagonist. Im 30 hours in and i genuinely love every character
Yo vlr how are you doing. Personally, im fantastic! Why?
I've stopped playing Valorant.
No, like, seriously, im A LOT happier now that i stopped playing. I got to hit diamond for the 1st time ever right before the new act and then i just completely stopped and i couldnt be any happier. Started playing singleplayer games again and OH MY GOD i forgot how PEAK videogames can be. Now i have MUCH more free time to consume media since i used to play like 4hrs a day. Now i can enjoy other things. Feels like my day is WAY longer. Just started playing Octopath Traveler II and its absolutely awesome. Im also watching Dandadan and its peak fiction.
I still enjoy watching Valorant content a lot, but im afraid i might never play the game again like ever. It feels SO GOOD having the time to experience all of the good media out there. Anyway take care guys 👋👋👋
Who is the most talented player ever? Notice that the "best" player and "most talented" player are two different things.
Being a good player involves many things that you cant be born with, but rather have to be developed through training and experience. However, its undeniable that certain players are just naturally better at the game.
To me, Less HAS to be in this conversation. This fucker was winning Champions 2022 at >>>SEVENTEEN<<< fucking years of age. Some Lamine Yamal type shit.
2G is a massive sleeper. Trust me when i say this: Spikez is a generational level talent. The biggest one to come out of BR since Less and Aspas. Lz and Silentz arent as gifted but they also have huge potential. 2G probably wont do shit until stage 2 cuz Spikez cant play and its their debut year on tier1. However, i unironically think once Spikez comes back and they get used to the t1 level of play, they will look MUCH better. I wouldnt be surprised if they go to champs.
im not gonna lie: Yes. We ARE partial, we DO favor ours more than others, but thats just because we believe in them and want them to do good. I get angry at FURIA playing dogshit every year yet i still believe they will do better in 2025. Sometimes we are wrong, sometimes not. I can be wrong or right regardless of bias, so why not support my people while at it? We have enough people doubting us outside, so amongst ourselves it aint happening
LMAO i mean the gimmick was exactly that, picking a team that shouldnt be good and saying it will. My reasoning for picking EG especifically is basically hope that Potter can rescue Yay + chamber did get a buff so maybe hes somewhat meta
KRU and C9 are not better than any of the brazilian teams on paper maybe with the exception of FURIA. Also MIBR is about to sign the one guy in the world who proved to be capable of solo carrying a team to victory lol
im practicing english formal language and using vlr as an excuse. It reads weirdly but i dont care
LMAO literally every list ive seen people sharing here so far has been called god awful that just shows how theres no clear worst teams anymore
the 3rd best team of americas is up for grabs
