about 10 hours until the first game of champs, I can't fucking wait. No matter what team you support I think we can all agree this should shape up to be the best tournament so far in valorant

apparently he was a pretty good kickboxer, he was a world champion at one point, and he fought two MMA fights and won both of them
there are so many more no name colleges in the US but you just chose one of the most famous in the US lmfaoo
American universities like Harvard, Stanford, and Yale have the name brand that schools in Europe other than the major ones in the UK like Oxford and Cambridge just don't have, even if the educational quality would be similar or maybe even better
Group A is an absolute wash, B and C are pretty reasonable, and I can see a possibility where D happens, but only if DRX can get in form, 100T are playing at the same level as they were in NA LCQ week 2 and if FNATIC are having an off tournament
I would move Jingg and F0rsaken up a bit and move Bang out
Furia finna be the next KRU
dude was saying that they were skipping meals meanwhile he had a whole pile of doordash bags lmfao
Froste says that 100t didn't support The Mob financially very well, and all attempts to get more funding to start video creation were ignored
Nadeshot says that they had already negotiated salaries and they worked extensively to find a house within their price range, and The Mob was a small group who didn't have nearly as much clout as the other 100T content creators, and it was essentially a charity job for 100T to keep The Mob for 2 years while they did nothing and expected the 100T contract to keep them fed
imagine if Furia and 100T make it out of group D
S= FPX, PRX, OPTC
A=LOUD, DRX, FNC
B= KRU, ZETA, LEV, 100T, TL
C= XIA, XSET, EDG
D= BOOM, FUR
it's not just in his in game skill, you heard in interviews during Cologne that YEKINDAR was giving them ideas and strats that while he considered it normal from before when he was on VP, the Liquid boys never thought of it
let's be clear here tho, Yekindar is the one who brought them over the edge to be top 4, before him they were T2 at best
the stakes are completely different, that's like asking if a team winning in challenger's qualifiers is the same as winning in masters or champions playoffs
Only ascendant+ fill players can use vlr from now on
He’s saying what made SEN good in the old days was purely mechanics diff, while now 100T have a solid team combined with some of the best coaching in the world and aren’t just skill diffing teams
at that point just watch the VODs, this is a little too much to watch valorant at school
Dark ratio would be top 4 in kr challengers
Nats should be in consideration for the best player in the world, he's the best lurker/sentinel in the world, and one of the few times he went off of smokes, he chamber diffed Cned hard as fuck and put up 434 ACS. His game sense is absolutely impeccable, and despite all the trials and tribulations that M3C went through this year, he still has been able to bring his team to the brink of qualification 4 times. He's able to put up insane stats on agents like cypher and viper
imagine if skrossi was on an actually decent team instead of GE
TenZ still has more rolexes than the whole list combined
no TenZ?? smh do you even know how many twitter followers he has?

I forgot who the team's igl was lol
just switching games is a decent risk, and why move from a financially stable and incredibly popular esport to a more unstable esport that while it is the hot new game, could possibly go the way of OWL
you would think that the fact that Ardiss still plays now after this happened two years ago means that riot found him not guilty
has there been anything new from this or was it dropped
100T will be the first NA team to win worlds this year, trust
lol that Dart Monkey's interaction sounds hilarious as fuck, I also don't get why teams cry ab trash talk when it's a part of literally every single sport in the world.
anyway prolly yay (he's nice) or boaster (he's funny)
I would think if you know nothing about the game it would be pretty uninteresting to you, but hey I've watched some LCS and I barely know league and it's pretty fun to watch. From what I've seen, riot holds pretty good events
yeah xset shit on a newly formed 100t, they're a completely new team now and they're better than xset
if xset was in either optic or 100T's group they would get grouped, the only reason they're going to playoffs is bc their group is ass
this is the best compromise we could have made for both worlds, it has the element of open competition, where technically anybody could make it to international glory while also guaranteeing that players, staff, and orgs are being properly compensated for their work
realistic expectations for each team
XSET: 5-8th: their group is the weakest in the tournament, and depending on their first round matchups they could win a game or two, if they get grouped it will be an embarrasment on NA valorant's name
100T: 12-9th: they have an incredibly tough group, and while it could be argued they have the skill to match up with DRX and FNATIC, they clearly don't have the experience, with the only one even having gone to a LAN on the level of champs being Asuna. making it to playoffs will be an overperformance for this team, especially with the roster turmoil after challengers 1
Optic: Top 4: if Optic don't at least make top 4 it will be a flop tournament. They are the masters 1 champions and masters 2 3rd place finishers, and the potential of this team should be a championship favorite.
half of it is like John Wick with anime girls the other half is a cute SoL with anime girls who are masters at killing, the best part are the two MCs and their interactions with each other, they have a jokester/straight man dynamic to them
Who do you guys think is more valuable to PRX, I think that while Jinggg is the more mechanically gifted player, PRX wouldn't be the way it is now without the unabashed aggressiveness and confidence of F0rsaken
xset are easily the worst NA team in the tournament, and imo one of the 4 worst in the tournament
if BOOM beat Optic, I am going to move to Indonesia
that's what happens when all the 13 year old timmys who just got their first pc don't immediately go to your game
CS movement speed is a lot faster than val, so for a val player to transition then a peek on them is going to feel like a ferrari just flew across your screen, but for a CS player moving to val a peek looks like they're stuck in molasses
that's how the culture has been for every single esport and traditional sport, like when Ronaldo moved from Madrid to Juventus and now ManU, anyone who followed him through teams got called bandwagoners and those are far bigger corporations than any esports org. You can't just change the rules now for a different esport for no reason. There's also a difference between favorite teams and favorite players, my favorite NBA team is the Cavs but I love watching Giannis play
