It was a time when really valo was very new, Jett was very strong. Teams aren't as coordinated the only 3 real contenders were sen fnatic and the Korean team nuturn. Prx was still a csgo only org. Brazil teams were playing jail valorant no structure like the loud u see today.

Of course not , going into that tournament everyone knew it was Sen winning or fnatic as the only real contender. Level of competition was barebones back then tenz was hard farming everyone.

I think with valorant the teams are so widespread worldwide , I really hope they can have more international tournaments but i feel like its really hard on the players and team to gather often. In cs its a bit easier since a lot of the teams are EU centrailized.

i trust in edg. APAC and china has many young talents but the region as a whole feel like they lack so much discipline and just experience from playing a tactical fps. You can feel it when you watch their games. It just takes time bro with good coaching staff and maybe some more veteran players to help control ppl from overheating.
