wait what if teams like nrg and c9 end up making lower finals/semis, then they would have more points than mibr + nrg beat them h2h in stage 2 and c9 havent even played them stage 2, then even if either didnt make gfs wouldnt they both still make champs over mibr?

Fnc did not play koi close lol... haven got a lil close but ascent was pretty 1 sided. Kc also wasnt that close they just lost lotus but bind was 1 sided and icebox they just let kc get a few consecutive rounds but other than that they were good for it. Navi game was the only close win, but to be fair something happened to navi in that game bc they havent come close to looking that good in any other game, the team just dialed in and had a life game
Other than the liquid game fnc literally did play well during the group stage, not as well as in toronto or ewc ofc but they weren't bad by any means. The players just arent in peak form and they are kicking back a bit but its really not a concern judging by the fact that they were still winning against mid teams and also the fact that they have been good the rest of this year

fnc literally looked good during the group stage bro... they only lost to liquid who are clearly a great team and the only other game that looked close was against navi where navi looked dialed af. I didn't watch icebox, but ascent looked like any team's game, and to bbl's credit they played a great game, the players were shooting and the execs/util was on point. Fnc didnt look as good against th but judging by the fact that they are in champs, and that they have bounced back quickly from short slumps and have the experience I don't doubt that they will be fine man
if getting top seed was that big of an advantage then it wouldnt be fun to watch at all, the takeaway from 2/3 seed success is that 1 seed teams need to lock tf in and get antistrats going to cancel out the momentum
bbl literally had pitch perfect execs and retakes, all the players were dialed on aim, and the team was working insanely well together. They deserved the win but they definitely looked like they were trying to win
th didnt look bad at all in map 2 at least, and fnc really dont need to win rn bc they already made champs, additional stress and planning will only hurt them

like bbl is a good team, th looked good against them on ascent bbl were just dialed into another level like util was literally picture perfect. Also fnc already made champs so if they bomb out of stage 2 it literally doesnt matter, they get to save strats and have more time to prepare plus they can grief out 1st and 2nd seed teams in group stage. Th basically made champs as well and again they didn't even look terrible against bbl miniboo just needs to dial in a bit more and they are set for champs. Don't let a loss fool yall these are still good teams its just that winning rn isnt the most important thing in the world for them

Leo only had 1 great year, Alfa is fs a contender but he's not leaps and bounds above forsaken, Derke is also a contender but imo forsaken had a better 2022 and probably 2025 and both similarly played very well in 2023, Meteor is on a hot seat but he doesn't have the longevity that forsaken has, tenz has 2024 and half of 2021 as a top 5 player, all of the current guard core on g2 have been really good for a while but they didnt start looking world class until this year, nats wasnt top 5 world class from 2022-2024 (albeit he did play well, just team issues) but sure theres an argument to be made, mako has been as consistent as him but he never has even gotten to an international grand final, t3xture really only popped up in 2024, etc.
like imo my top 5 would defo have chron and aspas, and from there probably 3 of alfa derke nats forsaken and maybe meteor in no particular order. Forsaken might only have 1 trophy but prx has been the best pacific team multiple times + he made 2 more intl gfs, and forsaken is hella consistent on literally every agent as an igl who initially played jett/chamber. Plus, he is a really good fragger who has been good since like 2021. Ofc hes not undeniably top 5 but to say theres no way he is is kinda crazy imo, i would argue he has been overall prx's best member
