I don't think they complained....Riot has a whole team to check for any irregularities so that the game stays fair for both the parties involved and even if it's replayed I'm pretty sure FPX need to give consent as they have already won... it's not a bug abuse like Brazil... just a supposed glitch which might not even be the case

If weak regions don't get to play at the top level then only the teams from the most sound region will move up while the teams from the comparatively weaker regions will only have a single team from their region and that will just result their performance deteriorating over time and fans getting frustrated and moving away from the game. Like some of the most hyped moments from the tourneys are the underdogs overperforming....Zeta and KRU's golden run was extremely memoorable. Even Furia's game today (Fnatic was arguably playing bad tbh) was pretty hype even though I was rooting against them
