Probably TSM over T1
T1 seem to want OW pros more right now

No need for TenZ to react to the BEST player in the world

Personally, I think T1 should give up on their million dollar roster and field a new roster in KR as they clearly want KR imports (spyder, ANS, diem)

Hope he doesn't end up stuck on an academy team like ANS

I agree, any win the APAC LCQ is a massive dub for the scene
I just want to see SA do well cause it'd be cool for the game not to be dominated by EMEA/NA
That's why I hope CN/BR become major regions as well

My Take On SA in LCQ:

Realistically, GE doesn't (and shouldn't) have much of a chance to qualify for Champions, with everyone, except for the 7 yr old Skrossi fans, knowing this
The scene lacks international experience and will struggle at first with top teams
If GE manage to take a map off of NU, with Hyeoni, or VS, that would be a massive win for the SA scene
Any win against JP/SEA/KR would be a massive dub for the scene as well

Go into the APAC LCQ expecting them to have a rough time and be pleasantly surprised if they do well
I personally expect in a year or two, the SA scene will be internationally competitive and a potential major region

Keep your eyes on Skrossi and go in with low expectations

That's a good place to bootcamp (def not biased). Hopefully we can get some good scrimbux though between GE and KR teams to see what their chances are in the LCQ
I'm really excited to see how much the SA scene has grown since last playing against SEA teams

APAC LCQ is rumored to be on LAN in singapore so at least we get to see one international LAN with SA teams
Sucks that they don't get a direct slot though :/

LG should've picked dicey up instead of picking up ban and immediately dropping him
They have the exact same agent pool

I hope Zeta make playoffs for the sake of JP

no clue, but hyeoni def deserved a team
They'll probably try to flex allow or something

Good bracket

SMB beating Acend 3 times in a row is a pretty hot take imo

You rarely even see the same team beat another high level team 2 times in a row, yet alone 3 (sen is an exception)

I agree with most of ur points, but I don't think Shot_Up is the play
Picking up more duelists just doesn't seem right and is why I didn't list thief

also i forgot to add jcstani ;-;

Ur underestimating Vivo Keyd
If heat cosplays as Jett, they are making the grand finals

posted about 3 years ago

Yeah, Andersin is in a bit of a slump rn but still a great anchor regardless
Also should've clarified but I would personally keep Leviathan on sova, people forget how good he is, and pickup Poach as a smoke/IGL, like what he use to do when he was on Andbox

Rip other teams in APAC LCQ

Choose one:

VS superteam
NU with Hyeoni

posted about 3 years ago

That's a spicy group B

posted about 3 years ago

Here's a list of players that I think TSM could benefit from:
thwifo
oderus
stellar
andersin
jammyz
supamen
Poach

btw, Player1 isn't on the market, he is focusing on content creation and his book

Liquid lost to V1
By your logic, that means that Pioneers are on Gambits level

Not saying G2 doesn't have a realistic chance, but your logic is flawed lmao

posted about 3 years ago

All I want to see is:
-Hazed +Thwifo
+Andersin (bang's replacement)

+Make Wardell learn Raze on Bind, can't have the entire team shift roles for one man

posted about 3 years ago

I like it.
But if G2 beat SEN, I don't think bunny stands a chance against nukkye supremecy

posted about 3 years ago

Sadge, always sad to see TNL facing VS every playoff bracket
They deserved a second chance in double elimination :/

I'll pretend I didn't see CR beating HL
Good bracket otherwise

Post ur Berlin brackets below to get rated

Not even going to the Academy Team?
You had the kid playing a different agent on every map, of course he'll be inconsistent

Picking up aspiring talent just to drop them is a bad move TSM

Pray that this doesn't happen

Now, it's either play against VS in the LCQ or Nuturn (with Hyeoni)
GE might have had a chance against the NU we saw in Stage 3, but now I don't think so :<

For sure, Bren definitely have a chance against F4Q and G2 and have a lot of veteran players
But Sentinels just seem like they are a tier above the other teams in Group D though

posted about 3 years ago

Group A: Acend will beat SMB at the start, but SMB will qualify through the lower bracket

Group B: Envy will actual do better on LAN then expected because they have nearly an entire team of somewhat experienced LAN players, especially FNS and yay

Group C: Crazy Racoon > Zeta Division and won't be as bad as people expect them to be. Even though they lost to Zeta, they blew all the other teams out of the water, while Zeta struggled with teams like Northeption and Fennel

Group D: Bren Esports order the entire Jollibee menu the night before Berlin and DubsteP single handedly destroys both F4Q and SEN/G2 to qualify for playoffs

+1
Hopefully it doesn't end up like another Bear Claw Gaming
Doubt the players are getting scammed by the deal since they are mostly experienced/high profile players

Please make it here Wildcard, I gotta see Ninim play against T1 NA :<

posted about 3 years ago

That was one of the choices in the poll
Keep reading and maybe you'll see that I only said Shahzam and Wardell were better awpers

Wedid is not an IGL

Berlin isn't ready for Peter
I'm telling you, he has been the protagonist all along and will prove it on LAN

posted about 3 years ago

Teams that made Challengers playoffs (yes, even TSM) are tier 1 teams for sure
As well, I'd say that C9, Gen.G, T1, and V1 are also tier 1 teams, depending upon how they perform in the LCQ

posted about 3 years ago

I was scrolling through youtube this morning and I got one of those stupid polls from those Valorant clip channels that try to crack the algorithm
Anyway, the poll was "Who do you think is the best awper in NA" with Wardell, Shahzam, Babybay, yay, and TenZ being the choices

To my surprise, TenZ won the poll, beating both Wardell and ShahZam by 15% each

He's got one of the best marshals in NA, but seeing people genuinely think he is the best awper made me lose all hope in this community

btw, I have a problem with his fans, not himself

posted about 3 years ago

I don't care if F4Q don't win a map in their group, they will be by far the most enjoyable team to watch for me
Bunny has undoubtedly the best movement out of any player there

posted about 3 years ago

That would give analysts a nightmare, lmao

posted about 3 years ago

Would you rather see an NA or EMEA team win Berlin or an underdog region like BR/KR/JP?

posted about 3 years ago

Idk, I feel like NA/SA overhype them while EU doubts them

BR is actually one of the regions that knows how good VS without overhyping them, prolly cause BR/KR are kinda in the same boat rn

posted about 3 years ago

Doubt it, if he didn't still have a competitive spirit, he would have stayed as a content creator for C9
It's clear that he has an urge to compete and I doubt he'd retire at such a young age
