Out of all the Majors held in EU, every single one of them had at least one team in the Grand Final.
Out of the three Majors held in NA, one of them was C9 in Grand Final, one was Astralis vs Virtus Pro Grand Final, and the other was Luminosity vs NaVi, with LG coming off a big comeback against Liquid in the Semis.
Sure, the crowd hasn't really attended the games as much, but with MOUZ v C9, Spirit v Heroic and Outsiders v Fnatic in quarters, then Outsiders V Heroic Grand Finals, it's basically the least hype playoffs of all time.

BR definitely does not hate Navi. I don't really like the booing either, but it's ingrained in the BR football scene, where it's completely normal, (it's also normal everywhere else), so I don't see it as much of a problem in e-sports. The tendency I believe is just for e-sports to grow ever more like "real life" sports
