I'm not sure the immortal 3+ is a good requirement. Some people just either don't have the time or just don't want to grind ranked and are good enough to contend imo. Maybe imm 1+ would be good but I feel immortal 3+ is too much. Also I feel like it would be way more fun seeing a gang of random low ranks trying to get in. Remember when Ohnepixel and others played in the major qualifiers? It was fun to watch and interesting.
