You can't ask G2 and TSM the same you ask Acend. It's completely different cases, once franchising was anounced, ascend was automatically a tier 2 org with no chance of making it.

That being said I do like this roster better than TSM's, and I have to see oxy, penny and Brodie but if G2 or TSM are better than this (which I doubt) it's not by a lot

I do think it is a better system. It offers the players a safer environment to compete in and I think it’s the best for a long term sustainable league.

At the end of the day what matters to me is having orgs with the most resources, implication and fanbase posible. To me starting a league with open qualifiers instead is starting to build a house by the roof and not a solid floor
