I wouldn't think about it twice, get a cracked Raze. MOLSI and Zyppan are the clear 2 options, any of the 2 works. Raze on Raze maps and Initiator whenever you need Jett/Neon/Chamber because you got Jamppi to play it

Signing any other duelist other than a cracked Raze main is trolling

Yes Sayf is very flexible and can play pretty much whatever tf he wants, but I don't think he would have the same value he has as a duelist. RunneR on the other hand upcoming talent seems way more likely to switch imo
