If that teleported is 2 points within LOS I can see this guy being used as a defensive Op. take the shot quick flick teleport to a safer position.

This is for EU, and if you think Annie is the only trans in the American game changers you haven’t been paying attention.

I think part of the reason they made these rule changes in EU was because in many EU countries trans are not legally or socially considered woman so it was causing issues.
