I honestly can’t predict which NA team will show up when it matters the most, but I whole heartedly believe that one of them will be in the finals.
It would be beyond incredible if VS wins. A team from a horrifically weak region that has only played against 5 or 6 top teams in 6 months.
I don’t know who they can practice against to keep a good enough form to beat the best of the best.
Vs is the most overrated team at champions and a win or even a finals appearance would be incredibly astounding.

This is literally what EU has been doing to NA for more than 10 years.
What if 100T just got fucked over by Nitro.
Think about this possible scenario.
100T hear that Nitro wants to go back to Cs cause he isn’t happy. He wants to IGL and play a more “star” focused role.
100T try to accommodate Nitro and it makes Steel upset cause he doesn’t want to change what isn’t broken. They kick Steel because of this and let Nitro “take over” the team.
They put Boi who is a good friend of Nitros into the starting lineup to make Nitro happy.
Nitro plays mediocre on Jet and fails to win LCQ as an IGL. Boi plays like the t2 player that he is.
Nitro is embarrassed and says “fuck it. I’ll just go back to CS.”
I thought I saw in a thread post by some dude that was recapping the Asian scene that NU wasn’t going to field a team for the 2022 vct season. The only reason they still have peri is because he is a part owner now.

I would say they are favorites to take 2nd in the group. However, Vikings have some upset potential.

Every team in group D would beat any team in group C but Gambit.
One good swap in those two groups and these would be nearly perfect groups.
If I was making a team and I had to choose between Rossy ( who failed to impress on immortals) and Hazed…. I’m picking Hazed every time.
I fail to see how this team could be top 3 NA.
It’s unlikely to happen anyway, but baby j comes from consoles and most likely only played sentinel with faze because it’s the role they needed. I am sure that him and steel can both flex off of sentinel if they needed to. Steel has been playing a lot of Sova recently too.

A non biased take from someone who isn’t a fanboy and isn’t a hater.
Tenz seems like a genuine and nice guy. His aim is very snappy and fast. When I first started watching his stream it almost seemed unreal how fast is aim is. He does a lot of things differently than most other streamers. He tends to move more when firing and move aggressively in duels.
The fact that he’s not trying to be funny or a bro is also a positive for me. I can’t watch Sinatraa, Wardell, subroza, etc because they all act like they are “to cool for school chads.”
With tenz you get more of a wholesome nerd that’s REALLY FUCKING GOOD at the game. If you’re not talking shit, trying to be funny, or acting cool… what else does he have to talk about other than his settings, the maps, and the agents?
Personally I watch Sick or Shanks if I want to watch a duelist and if I want to watch utility I’ll go for Ethan or whoever it looks like is playing smokes that’s a pro.

Nitro tried to take the IGL reigns and now that they failed to qualify for champs he is embarrassed and thinking about running back to csgo.
100T can’t find anyone as good as steel to fill his spot. No one on 100T is good enough on Jet to compete at the highest level in this meta. The whole team is frustrated and kinda lost on how to proceed. Unless the meta shifts they are kinda stuck, and CS:GO never changes so it feels comfortable for Nitro during this time of confusion.

TL is one of the favorites at champions and I wouldn’t be shocked if they won.
Dm is for practice not a game mode to “win”
If they want to practice with an op, let them.

I wonder if this is more like a manager type role. He sets up scrims and training schedules. Maybe helps vod review / scouting reports. Just random stuff that Shahzam doesn’t need to worry about anymore so he can focus on IGL/strats
