Real champions care about winning.

But I wouldn’t expect you to understand that.

PRX should be favored.

The fact that if Sen lose it will be a surprise is proof enough to keep this starting 5.

I just wish they would drop pancada already so we don’t have to listen to these idiots anymore. Kid clearly isn’t comfortable in a team from NA. Let him go back to Brazil and strengthen Furia so we have another Americas team that can stomp on EU.

How can shit stains from EU still be yapping after getting dog walked just 8 hours ago by an American team?

Isn’t your favorite Russian packing his bags and crying into his stuffed animal?

Most overrated player I have ever seen.

Not saying he won’t be good it’s just he has been so painfully mediocre, I would even say below average.

Even this tournament he is on the bottom half of the rankings with a sub 1.0 ranking.

Yet he still has people saying “his team is bad and that’s why he’s not top ten in the world”

Holy…..

I have always been a fan of nonstop practice and and tournaments, but I understand it might not be the best for everyone.

I went to college on a gymnastics scholarship and was nationally ranked and I basically never took a break for about 10 years.

However, your point about footage is probably true. Edg plays to much to really bring out something new and maybe a break to reset and come up with some fresh stuff would be good for them.

posted about 2 years ago

That is true, but that’s also a mental thing.

I think edg suffers from playing lower level competition so they get a little more complacent.

They don’t have the hunger because they are so used to being the best. Even at champions they over performed.

Hopefully this is a wake up call for them.

Good thing it’s their job and China pays their players really well.

Imagine telling your job “ I can’t work well today because I have had to work all year.”

posted about 2 years ago

He wasn’t considered good enough for t1 this year.

And anyone saying Mistic is one of the best players in Europe after 2022 would have been laughed at.

Maybe it’s YOU that doesn’t remember what people were saying about him.

He’ll be good in 3 months.

Most improved player without a doubt.

Kid was a laughing stock in 2022 and now he’s back making all his doubters (like me) look dumb.

How inconsiderate

posted about 2 years ago

I think the most important thing that most of you are missing is he isn’t playing at all.

Unless you wholeheartedly believe you can’t get ANY better player ranked then not playing will allow other people to “close the gap”

To stay the best in nearly anything you need to CONSISTENTLY improve, because if you’re not improving your competition is.

Mako is still a better controller.

Tenz has always had one of the highest ceilings in Valorant, when he is on fire he is the best in the world, but when he’s cold…

You right.

And I just looked, they haven’t picked split once since their new lineup.

I just have ptsd from the past

posted about 2 years ago

I cringe every time they play split but they just KEEP PICKING IT!

posted about 2 years ago

They played well.

There is an argument for bind being Sens best map.

This game was closer than the score line shows

Sen won both pistols

They mid but not horrible tbh

I didn’t know she was trans 😞

Kinda hard for the “woman are just as good as men” crowd when the two highest rated players in the tournament, and in the finals, were born men.

4? Trans competitors in the whole tournament and 2 of them ended up with the best rating / stats.

Imagine making 20 threads for a player that couldn’t figure out how to be relevant on sentinel when they had a year to practice 😂

How does everyone keep missing the opportunity to call him Fartpiss?

posted about 2 years ago

They have won 7 series in a row.

Clearly doing something right.

But I’m sure swaping out a player for someone who hasn’t been good for a year is the right answer.

posted about 2 years ago

Yes.

Let’s bench someone from a team that’s won 7 series in a row.

That’s the play.

Tokyo gave an extra slot for the winning region.

Like it or not, masters events are just build up tournaments for champs.

posted about 2 years ago

Imagine being such a loser that the only claim to fame you have in 2 years is winning qualifiers for champs 😂 😆

posted about 2 years ago

They literally just lost to TLN…

You know, the team everyone in apac hates and doesn’t think deserves to be in t1

posted about 2 years ago

Winning qualifiers doesn’t matter.

Chronicle had 0 trophies

All of EU have 1 and it is WIDELY known as the flukiest and most undeserved.

posted about 2 years ago

I love how EU troglodytes constantly talk about warmup tournaments.

Here in America the only tournaments that matter are the ones at the end of a season, The Superbowl, the NBA Championship, The World Series.

We only care about winning the big dance.

And EU hasn’t even been invited to the big dance in over 2 years. Keep clinging to your qualifier victories and the Americas will keep sipping champion champagne 🍾

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah…. And EU isn’t good at that either.

The Colosseum was incredible back in its day too.

posted about 2 years ago

Is this what it’s like only being relevant in a game that’s 20 years old?

“Okay grandpa time for your meds”
“But Simple is the goat!?!?”
“Yes grandpa we know… we know”

Didn’t TLN just beat FS?

Lol

This is what not making the finals of champs 2 years in a row does to a person.

NA are World Champions in both major circuits.

Boaster kinda brought lineup Larry into the mainstream.

He also had some really cool utility / ult combos
