Pretty sure eko, secret and inTRO were in DWG at some point and they did never win DRX so, if u aim for top1 u should get top1, force people on english and build a proper team with talent. Staying in confort zone for language barrier might be bad for short term but at the end if teams are talented and with work ethic, theres no way u dont get value after.

U cant buy either PRX or DRX brother, the players want to stay. as BOOM, NTH and DTN will sell, also Zeta might consider a high cost Laz, and same for xeta.

The best roster a team could build in APAC was Meteor(Jett/Neon), Tehbothol/Sscary(smokes), xeta(initiator), Laz(chamber/flex), Suggest(flex/raze) and solo as coach. The real problem in APAC is that other than BLEED noone is paying big bucks to build a super roster, thats why APAC, other than DRX are not going to compete to the level that EMEA/LATAM/NA/BR.

RRQ looks like last place team, and Vitality, for the league they are contending, they would not likely compete for top3, even top 5 in the worst scenario, Heretics might be in the same road, who knows. Probably BBL/FUT, are gonna struggle too.

i think he is top10 duelist for sure, has showed it time after time. He can play initiator and duelist/sentinel(except kj) really consistent. His problems are over peeking, but when he is in the zone he looks scary. Other problems are his english, that is enough for valorant, but can affect the comms outside of the game. Also by some internal source from a family member close to someone of KRU has told me he has some disciplinary issues outside the game, but he is young so. Will not go into that cuz noone has said it publicly as of today. Other than that, he a good leader inside the game, also gives good mood in a team environment.

i dont think you get dicey. I believe he has great aim, and consistency, but u have 2 slots for oper, as i think EG will stay with Boostio, 100T with Cryo and yaya with c9. Dunno about Tenz if they stay with him Oping, or rifling, but only NRG has a slot and i dont think they get dicey, they would stay with s0m OP, and Optic core.

u can see that the plant icebox situation, and some clutch's he fumbled were because he lacks experience in valorant scene. He himself has said it on stream. I will say tho, with time, and the right team, he could be a monster. But still, he has played 3 maps, too low amount to judge. I might be wrong, but thats my take.

good player, i think his change to smokes was good, as he was a anchor main, that now smokes do. Before u needed to do that with sentinels, but chamber took that role and smokes got role changed. Hes a good aimer, great sheriff player, but in his role there are some monster players.

Overrated for sure. He shows great aim/protocols/utility on smokes. But when it mattered except that Guard breeze game, he did not show up. Still a good option for sub.

i like the list. IMO corey/rossy/roza are the biggest reason TSM was on a good road.

forgot to indicate my list was from NA. I think there are a couple BR players that are underrated, like Nyang, liazzi, frz, tuyz, bezn1 and CTC. I believe that mwzera is a great player, but he should stay on raze/chamber/duelist, and agents that are not utility centered, like sova because his main strong point is his aim. Still i would say he is overrated, but only cause lately hes been on sova role.

i will say he is good, but not top tier in apac. If i see him flexing on other agents i would say so. Still a good player from SA region. Players like Meteor, BuzZ, 2021 JohnOlsen, 2021 patiphan, f0rsaken, jinggg, Deryon, BerserX, and Monyet have shown better results at regional level in his role.

i feel like going for FNS is the right call, as their main problem was Ethan/Hazed IGL, and maybe upgrade the coach, not to disrespect JoshRT, but i think i've not seen anything bold or new from the setups/playstyle of NRG, where they abuse tex FB success with chamber. Ethan was not performing, but when he performed, they did look really good. I do think Ethan was a good fit for them, as hazed because they were friends and they had good synergy, but right now u can upgrade from both. tex showed he is really good on chamber/op role. s0m is the kinda player i think is hit or miss, but he is flexible and brings value also as a content creator, but i think he should play smokes mainly, mb im wrong. So i would build around tex and s0m. I would keep eeiuu if i dont get an upgrade. He is a really clutch player, and a good initiator, but he has not value over that, plus there are upgrades from him. I would go for crashies+victor+FNS. If i cant get crashies+victor, i would keep eeiuu, and go for another flex like Sick/JonahP or keep Ethan.

everyone but nrg seem good predictions. I believe victor and crashies are not separating, so no ethan or no marved.

also steel/aproto/FNS in cypher/kj meta were great players

For me, teams should build around this players:
SEN: Dapr, Tenz

100T: Asuna, Derrek, bang

C9: Vanity Leaf Xeppaa

NRG: tex S0m

EG: JAWGEMO

These players have shown consistency, or give results in other ways.
Every team should start to get either Optic roster players/IGL's to start to build the roster
Available NA IGL's that i consider good on top of my head (might be missing some):
TOP 3: valyn, dephh, vanity(should not leave c9)
Honorable mentions: NiSMO(should be a good priority, as he is a good IGL, and good stats lately, crazy good raze/kayo).
POISED (not sure as i dont know how good he is as an IGL, but showed good results overall).
steel (Arguably the most hate/love relationship with him, as his past in CSGO + recency drama, has put a toll on him, but his time in 100T was a good team to watch and see how did they developed, but in T1 could not get same level of teammates+he got inconsistent with his role in the team, playing initiator/sentinel/smokes).
stellar (inconsistent on stats but with a good coaching staff behind he got a lot of experience recently, still a really intelligent IGL, might not stay for a better option).
shahzam (really hardworking, as he took an IGL role without coach for a long time, and took a toll on his performance, but with a duelist/chamber role should be a better match, but not on SEN),
ethan/hazed (dunno about this one, i dont like his style but they showed some result on the latest, ethan got on a downfall on stats tho his classic is the best, hazed got better results on NRG but not consistent).
Subroza (I think he proved he was a good IGL at the end, with a variaty of performances, but dont know were to rank him, as TSM did not show up at the last moment, still a good option)
Other mentions, not sure tho: trick, POACH, Boostio/c0m (mb should be up), effys/zander(zander is great, he is not showing the numbers he got in challengers 1, but still young player with lots of potential, but a little overrated, might be wrong tho, effys is a good IGL just not shown the results, but he is clutch player tho) dazzle. Knights IGL is good also, i think he was Frosty. Also, King, pho, ohai are good options for tier 2 maybe.

I think mazin should go. NZR is rumored to go. You have dgzin, qck and khalil. I think u build around dgzin so jett/chamber role fulfilled. U need an IGL, so in ur mind u should get either TBK igl (idk who it is but they looked great on strats), or murizz who i dont like, mb Klaus if hes gone from KRU. Khalil was inconsistent on champions but i think overall he is really good. U have smokes there, but if u get matheuzin/KILLDREAM, that would be great. So qck is sentinel/flex, but in this meta sentinels arent a thing, who knows if kj/cypher comes back so i would get rid of him and get a raze/flex player like mwzera, CTC or tuyz, and then an initiator main, like frz/gustinha(dont like)/pollo.

i dont see them dropping keznit, for his value as streamer/pro play. Mazino is possible to leave, as he has said in the past after champions 2021, he showed some interest in leaving, but chose otherwise. He is not going NA probably, BR or spanish org for the language barrier. I dont see him going FURIA for role clashes, and LOUD is closed, so probably MIBR. That is my bet. NagZ gave a great showing so i dont think he is going out of KRU. The best import KRU can have is Klaus for NZR, for igl purposes. Melser is the only controller in Latam that is better than delz1k, mb Fross but he is contracted to SunXet, so i dont see it. Mb a br import for delz1k but i doubt, so my prediction is that him is staying also.
