marved was IGLing on Faze bruh. Faze got to second place in a matter of 1 tournament when Marved was calling. The moment he left, faze completely fell off

i like how you switched out Victor cause he genuinely isnt that great of a flex compared to many others but crashies as well id say easily loses to Sacy, Cauanzin, nzr, zellsis, xeppa, and the list goes on. Many other better options

posted about a year ago

his raze wasnt nearly ever as good as his jett or reyna tho.
Hes an amazing player but i feel like hes a yay or saya player type. He requires a ton of support from his team to maximize his potential and often when he doesnt get that his impact will significantly be impacted negatively.
For a good year and a half sen havent been able to provide him with that cause the team was so on the fly and they never really knew what they wanted to do until right before they did it. He never had any consistency and i feel like that was his downfall

posted about a year ago

Optic wasnt even a super team tho, all 3 of FNS, Victor, and Crashies cant be called super team material cause none of them are best in role other than maybe FNS in IGLing.
Marved and Yay were definitely up there tho which is why the team was so successful. A real superteam tho was Loud, all their players were so clearly best in role and it was unbelievable

fr blud was the only one who couldnt lol

its pretty clearly obvious that FNC isnt the best team in history. Id even have Optic in Iceland up there with being able to beat FNC. They just arent that deep into the strats yet. Theyre definitely really good but my best of all time has to go to Loud champs and Optic Iceland and the few glimpses of ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE out of DRX back in Iceland as well.

posted about a year ago

lmao, as crazy as that is yea i agree. Probably as dominant as their finals against optic went

they do it on split and pearl. Split pancada smokes marved smokes and pearl WAS dephh and marved
bind as well, marved brim pancada vip

honestly NRG very easily couldve been but ardiis' form in masters and champs was a honeymoon period. He isnt consistently that good. If maybe they had yay and switched out potentially victor for someone like trent (ik thats a hard sell but i feel like hed do so well in tier 1) they could easily be a top tier team again

posted about a year ago

sorry yea 2022 mb

posted about a year ago

SEN are already a super team, without mismanagement they probably wouldve made the finals instead of EG considering how everyone else just bombed out pathetically

is this just some random brazilian on twitter??

Mistake in the title, i meant 2022
Who do yall think would win?
I feel like Champs Loud was a beast weve never seen before and havent seen yet after. They were so good at the fundamentals, at complex strats, reading their opponents, anti strating, and each individual player was the best on their role. I definitely dont feel like FNC has reached that point just yet and so id have to go with that Loud team.
As much as I love FNC I think ppl need to realize how unbelievably strong that champs loud was

posted about a year ago

it was pretty equivalent. Do you genuinely believe anyone other than FNC was better than Loud in that tournament? Cause if you do youre delusional. FNC wouldve stomped every single team in that event

posted about a year ago

second place curse is real

posted about a year ago

yea as much as i love FNC and Navi, Navi have been ass, TL are pretty good but just not as good as other top teams, and FUT wasnt that great yet were adding another one into the mix.
I wouldve even preferred an extra spot for Pacific tbh

posted about a year ago

BRO WHAT????? THIS HAS TO BE THE LEAST LIKELY FINALS POSSIBLE
MIBR V FUT IS MORE LIKELY THAN THAT

posted about a year ago

the best storyline and one ive been waiting forsince i watched that last round on Haven in 2021

posted about a year ago

my mans argument for why FNC didnt deserve to win was that Loud was bad, NRG was bad, and PRX had a sub who played insane

posted about a year ago

blud is really making excuses meanwhile FNC had Alfa move to perma sentinel and chronicle to controller and ini flex only

posted about a year ago

BRO KNEW THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS GONNA WIN THIS SHIT MAN, I LOVE THIS GUY

posted about a year ago

I really wanna see a champions held in Japan, I feel like that would be ridiculous

posted about a year ago

This guy is so good at talking and i dont even understand japanese. Hes so entertaining to listen to with his intonation and the way he asks the questions and reacts to the answers

posted about a year ago

yea they might do it honestly if theyre allowed to keep this team BUT, if SEN make champs Im looking for the most bomb game of all time cause i think other than potentially Navi and Loud, Sen are the only other competition FNC really have. Maybe even PRX actually

posted about a year ago

I fucking love how predictable you ppl are, i alr called that ppl would say this from before when they were saying Lockin was mickey mouse. Next when FNC win champs ppl gonna be like "FNC are literally the ManCity of Val, ofc theyd win with billion invested into their team"

posted about a year ago

Clearly by far the greatest crowd yet and probably one of the better venues. Id love to watch another masters in Tokyo in a much bigger arena

posted about a year ago

Lets be real EG never really had a chance but its amazing that they made it all the way here

posted about a year ago

thats literally what its called, LAST CHANCE qualifiers. You gotta make it or youre out. Theres no second chances here, if you win then you win it all

posted about a year ago

you do realize this is off of the season placements right?

Hes the best coach at creating effective and efficient execs, idk how that could be an L coach

i can see this going 2 ways,
liquid arent feeling it just like loud wasnt and get steamrolled by EDG
TL are all on point and Redgar is calling counters like a god and they steamroll EDG and jampi shuts down every KK attempt

FNC best team of all time

posted about a year ago

Loud dont change the way they play but they didnt pull out any of the ridiculous execs or impenetrable postplants they usually use. In lockin i didnt see it either but id assume its because they said they were focusing on the more basic gameplay of each player and working on teamwork.
Im assuming Loud have much more to bring out cause back in the day thats what they did and thats why they absolutely dominated champs. If they dont have more to bring to the table and they can beat an NRG that look almost perfect then they arent leagues ahead but they still in my books pretty dominantly won the match considering again they did 3-0 NRG convincingly other than the Saadhak clutch

posted about a year ago

but fnc have a thing we like to call teamwork

posted about a year ago

only fafgt could look so stupid for calling someone else stupid

posted about a year ago

sounded a lot more aggressive than i meant for it to be, mb. Just meant to emphasize the points.

posted about a year ago

yea cNed on raze is still not it, i just think hes better put onto a flex role rather than perma duelist. Im sure Zyppan would be better on raze for the team.
I agree they get overconfident but its completely justified, they used to destroy other world class teams with each player getting multiple triple kill clutches or early doubles and triples.
If there was more structure to the team, those peeks wouldve definitely been turning the tides of many rounds, sadly tho there was no util, no coordination, and no communication as to when they did them

posted about a year ago

Agreed completely, read my other reply which clears up some stuff.
Sad to see a team with as much potential as Navi lose the tournament in the same fashion as how SEN fell off in Berlin back in the day

posted about a year ago

no yea i completely agree, im saying Navi are playing poorly that they dont even reach their lockin level. NRG 100% deserved to win and were definitely the better team on the day.
What im saying is if Navi stopped throwing in regionals and tried to actually win playoffs they wouldve been able to enter tokyo with a much more organized team that played the way they used to on FPX. Im saying prime Navi/FPX wouldve most likely won the match since i believe them to be just a bit above current NRG (tho tbf FNS seemed to constantly be countering anything Navi attempted).
Navi has considerably greater firepower than NRG and Angel has equal anti to FNS so I think by default Navi shouldve been favoured, sadly they played like the second worst team in groups

posted about a year ago

Other than Bind PRX just arent that crazy on any maps (even tho their bind still has considerable holes cough cough showers)
PRX are good but especially without something i dont see them winning against a DRX that arent holding back anymore

posted about a year ago

they dont look as good as prime DRX but theyre definitely not losing to a PRX without something. On top of that DRX are finally starting to show off their execs, postplants, team comps, and their individual plays are on fire.
Even with something I doubt PRX would win this game. DRX are definitely top 3 in the tourney alongside NRG

posted about a year ago

lmao ok, you mean even with something DRX wins unfortunately

posted about a year ago

Loud did wipe the floor with NRG tho. NRG played near perfect valorant and there were so many rounds where NRG looked like Iceland Optic and i was amazed by their insane teamwork and indiv performance.
Loud werent pulling out anything crazy, they played as they always do, good coordination and insane solo plays and somehow even tho NRGs rounds were near perfect Loud never went down into any crazy round deficits and somehow they won 3-0.
It isnt a coincidence that NRG werent able to win a single map. Im not saying NRG are bad its quite the contrary actually, i just think that Loud are THAT MUCH BETTER. Theyre in a league of their own alongside FNC.

posted about a year ago

the thing is they really didnt try in EMEA and it was because they didnt need to. Literally the entire league was getting 1v5ed by each player on NAVi and so they won each game 2-0.

Theyve been doing that for 5 months so ofc now they had to face one of the best teams in the world without enough practice playing as a team again that they got owned by NRG

Their reads were good and getting better as we went on in the match but their team work and coordination was still heavily lacking. There was a clear difference in the way they played in the beginning of lotus and mid way into their comeback.
The beginning of lotus was filled with solo peeks and throws
Mid way into the comeback they played together with well timed util and good execs

Ofc they werent gonna win tho cause they started off rlly slow against a fired up NRG

posted about a year ago

Idk the context of that statement but Navi against NRG was a great game and honestly Navi most likely wouldve won if they werent throwing for an entire 5 months in EMEA.
They clearly had ideas, they had good reads, but individually they started off really slow and messy, they kept solo peeking when it was unnecessary (because of the easy matchups they had in EMEA where each player could easily 1v5 any team). NRG unlike their other tourneys started off really drilled this tourney and they were completely ready to face a Navi at 100% which probably wouldve resulted in a GF level match in the Group Stage but NRG dismantled them.
Navi wouldve been slightly better if they played the way they did in Lock/in i'd say but that doesnt mean NRG wouldnt have been able to beat them either way

posted about a year ago

worst pred of all time

posted about a year ago

summarize it, i aint reading all that on VLR

posted about a year ago

they pulled out NO LINEUPS, NO EXECS, PLAYED WITH FOXY9 before going into the lower bracket against FUT and somehow you dont see how they were saving strats?

posted about a year ago

DRX are way too low, theyve been saving strats. They played completely different after they got serious against FUT after losing map 1

  1. FNC
  2. Loud
  3. DRX
  4. NRG (around here is where the margins are tiny
  5. PRX (w/ Smth) or EG if PRX dont have smth
  6. Liquid
  7. EDG (I could see them going toe to toe with NRG)
  8. PRX (w/ out Smth)
