They are good region but no way they win ascension, SEA teams are just mechanically better.

But it doesn't make sense in our case SEA clearly had best teams in the whole region .
Most of the times top 4 here would be better than all other teams from SA,JP,Korea and Oce

I agree with you that whoever qualifies will get 5-6th this year its just that its my personal opinion that if any team in VCSA is capable of placing higher its that EG OG MLT core.
Regarding CUP 1 same issue they were bootcamped at dubai so were at disadvantage with no fixed 5th again. They played with Doxxer, Tranz and Whimp a match each since they couldnt secure excali back then.
I would agree abt them being better just for a day if I hadn't seen them do it every LAN time and again for years now. The MLT that played LAN was much more cleaner fundamentally than the grp stage MLT while both RNT and TR only bought new comps but no new strats to playoffs from grp stage. And as you must have noticed Paradox and Skrossi forget to aim whenever they reach LAN but were still ego fighting MLT which led to such destructive loss. If RNT played with discpline I am sure match would hv been closer since they had good firepower too.

They are getting kicked around bcz their org messed them over. No 5th , Anti leaving, players on 100 ping, Rawfiul having worst time in his career.
When they were able to hv proper bootcamp in split 2 , they rawdogged every team on LAN.
Whoever will qualify for ascension from our country can't even take 15 rounds from them when they all play on equal footing

I think we all obsess with stats a little too much but honestly Orangutan's ascension run wasn't as bad as 0-4 suggests.
They took maps off team which eventually ended top 3 and Bleed even won it all.
Also it must be noted Azys was ill and he never really could play to his potential that time.
Rvk was not the same back then ,he was in major slump.
I think after certain point of time their mental wasn't good enough and Rawfiul's consistency was big factor in them winning maps or getting rolled over.
I pretty firmly believe that if you put the same team in league with actual coach they will eventually become competitive.

He is good player but as long as he doesn't show up in big matches you can't trust him .
He has top fragged whole splits to drop absolute stinkers in playoffs , you may check yourself.
Also he has serious lack of discipline, constantly overpeeks and takes unfavourable fights.

Tbh you guys realise only 2 Indians have got a chance till now , one of them is certified op crutch who chokes everytime he climbs on stage and stops hitting the most easiest shots.
The other plays with such high sensitivity and shaky aim that he has never been consistent in his life.
People don't like to hear this and it's GE which made franchising but on an individual level people like Deathmaker and Rawfiul were better players when GE was selected for franchising bcz they are better riflers which allows easy switch to flex roles

man I think they should go back to 3 team from grp otherwise 2 good LAN teams will miss out and I don't think MLT boys deserve this after all they hv gone through given they are the best Indian team atm. bcz if it's single round robin and MLT has lost to RGE ,I don't think they are beating TR in current situation and qualifying now....

I think it's not just GE , even Enigma core 's performances in ascension hv hurt our viewership since they are all fair weather fans.

A majority of yt English stream watchers are Indians.

Thai is by far the best region currently.
Indonesian valo teams are very good too and even PH is competitive.
Idk why people are so high on Japan and Korean teams, I feel they are much weaker than last year.
Also fancy United may finally do the damage this year and if MLT doesn't fall apart before split 2 begins I expect a playoff finish from them too.

Honestly valorant is first PC game in India which has a decent player base still way low when you compare to our population.
But the thing is good pc in India are unaffordable for most so the playerbase can never play at serious level.
Having said that we do hv 5-6 guys who can hold their own in VCT

He is good with util and MLT needs an igl so he looks like one of few available options. But could be joining as 6th or coach just yk as team leader type of role.
bcz one thing that I have learnt supporting this #WLD core since Enigma days is that they don't prefer to play outside their small 6-7 grp of players and they keep bringing them back bcz their scouting is better than others in India. We may very well see them bring someone like RVK OR Karam1l(ex-engima) from RGE bcz before tess came back they were trying to set up Karam1l+Frost+Rawfiul+Anti+Azys and even scrimmed with him

I don't think Sayoo's team underwent a change, it's just their org shut down and it proved to be blessing in disguise.
