For what's it's worth I have been watching Koala play since his Ghost gaming days and he is a top tier oper infact one of the best in the world and is a great entry too.

It's not overrated if you know how to look at it though, A low HS rate doesn't mean a player is bad at aiming but a high HS% with lots of kills definitely means a player is very clean at aiming and is generally calm and will win more 1v1s.
So atleast on tracker if I am looking at a pro's profile(someone in radiant) I will look for HS% only at weaponwise section. If a pro has HS> 50% with Vandal and HS > 60% with Sherrif and Guardian; 9/10 times he is a top top aimer but vice-versa of this doesnt necessarily means he is a bad aimer.

So they are basically a T2 Viet team which came into prominence after erstwhile no. 1 Viet team Fancy United's core decided to look elsewhere for options.
RlF got 2 of ex-FCY members Gin nd Suka and they combined then with ranked demons like Prodigy nd Daft and results came their way.
But the matter of the fact is Vietnam doesn't hv enough development or players still for winning in Vietnam to mean anything. They have struggled to even get maps outside their country and that doesn't look like changing soon.
A rule of thumb when it comes to T2 is that if you see that a single team has been dominating the scene for 2-3 years and winning everything then that sub-region is pretty weak.
Ex- Vietnam, Hongkong, India, Oceania etc.

I don't watch brazilian tier 2 but in this match I am sorry to say that prozin nd urango looked like aim-wise they don't belong at this level at all

Kadoom definitely looked the better duelist of 2 on 1st map man on every aspect from aim to entrying and he was on Jett instead of Neon

I remember Frost once said that he prefers his team to make their own decisions during the match and not interfere too much. He would rather prepare well before the match
